Hot spring Hotels in Ulu Kinta

The hotel is nice and clean, the service is good and taking care of customer when crossing the road to the theme park. The only thing to comment is their buffet breakfast choices is lesser compare to our visit in last year.

Stayed for 4D3N. Peaceful and quiet location, a good place to rest for the body and mind. Each villa has its own hotspring tub, enjoyable. Food quality at the restaurant was good though abit expensive. Only gave 4* for the service because on the last night there, I requested for a bucket of ice......it took 3 phone calls and a wait of about 1hour and 15mins for it to arrive at my villa, disappointed.

Check-in exactly after3pm. We arrived earlier, so we asked earlier Check in possible? They answered ”yes,” but in the end, they only provided us a QR code just before 3 pm. That's ok. If so ,don't say ”yes.””😅 For the first time, it was quite a complicated check-in system, but once you knew it, that's ok. You need to communicate through ”what's up.” Both room and view are amazing. Very comfortable, just they don't provide any tissue paper. Onsen temperature is perfectly hot.👍🏻 Construction is under going on around the site and no tenant shops yet nor stores nearby. If a grocery store or cafe opens, it is much more convenient for those who are staying without a private car. Hope they will keep the present standard of quality and clinliness, then for sure we will come back and stay longer. Thank you 😊
