Excelente cata de vinos, ambiente muy bonito y romántico, excelente atención de Manuel. Habitaciones muy bonitas limpias y cómodas. Alberca 24 horas y la comida deliciosa. Nos hicieron una cena romántica preciosa y la vista al viñedo que tienen las habitaciones es espectacular

Muy buen trato en todos los servicios, y César Rivera el Mixologo, nos preparó bebidas muy buenas y con una actitud que invitaba a más personas. Los compañeros de viaje probamos algunas de sus especialidades. Muy bello lugar, vale la pena viajar y conocer estos lugares. Gracias

Excelente servicio, en especial de César el barista, muy ricas sus bebidas y muy atento (: La alberca, como a las 7 de la tarde está muy calientita. Recomiendo el lugar, muy acogedor. Las habitaciones un poco calientes pero es lo de menos, buena estancia.

Me parece extraordinaria mi experiencia desde que llegamos Jessica la recepcionista muy amable nos explicó de maravilla , el mesero Mauricio nos atendió de maravilla. El mixologo César es súper talentoso y con amplio conocimiento del tema, innovador y habilidad por, la gerenta Carmen es excelente en el concepto de atención al cliente, y el chef Alejandro Álvarez excelente la comida deliciosa como nunca he probado.

Lugar acogedor, sencillo, auténtico. Lo mejor de todo es la atención del personal. Menciono en especial al capitán Manuel, al mesero Mauricio, a Hugo el trasladista y a las chicas de recepción. En los hoteles Balderrama La gente se percibe feliz de trabajar.

Sorprendente hotel, las habitaciones pequeñas pero acogedoras, tienen chimenea y puedes pedir que la enciendan. Recomiendo la cata de vinos que son fabricados ahí mismo, exquisitos. El paseo por el pueblo pequeño pero bonito. La atención de todo el personal exclente. De los mejores hoteles.

El Hotel es una delicia para desconectarse de la vida cotidiana, desde q llegamos nos trataron con mucho cariño, desde el Trasladista Don Enrique q durante el recorrido nos fue hablando de todo lo q hay en Bahuichivo y ceroahui q poca gente sabe, Felipe nos recibió con una deliciosas bebidas, el chef q salio a presentarse muy amablemente, la señorita en la recepción nos hizo sentir en casa, la comida y las bebidas están de 10. El mismo hotel te ofrece el tour al cerro Mirador el Gallego q es una maravilla de ver, el camino fue increíble y a un precio super accesible. Todas las personas ahi fueron maravillosas. Esperamos volver y q sigan asi de increíbles. Gracias
