Bir gece jr. Suit 2500 tl bir gece Queen suit 3000 tl olmak üzere ödeme yaptım.Queen suitlerin dolu olmasından dolayı ikinci gün odam değiştirilmedi 2 gece jr suitte kalmış bulundum.Alınan extra 500 tlnin iadesi yapılmamakla beraber Restorant harcamalarımdan düşülmesi talebimde rededildi. ''restoran kısmı benim burası benim alanım konamklama ise ayrı hesapları karıştırmayalım'' diyen, basit bir restoranta bile müdür olma niteliği taşımayan bir otel müdürü düşünün... restorant gelirlerinin kendine ait olduğunu konaklamayla ilgili bir yanlış varsa rezervasyon bölümüyle görüşcem diyip o an görüşmesini istediğimizde ise şuan arayamam meşguller daha sonra ararım diyen bir müdür düşün. Ve o otelden alacağınız hizmeti ona göre tahmin edersiniz artık. Herkese iyi tatiller...

Balayı çifti olduğumuz ıcın bizi çok sişımarttılar :) herşey çok güzeldi 5gun boyunca sadece 2 kere otelden çıktık oda assağıya plaja indik. otelde vadinin ambiyansi mükemmel hatta bir gece eşimle yıldızları ızlerken bahcemizde uyuya kalmışık ayrıyetten süslemeler için çok teşekkür ederiz seneye görüşmek üzere tertaglı bonfileli kesinlikle öneririm :)

I booked this a few weeks in advance for NYE with my partner. I was so excited and had rented a car just to be able to make the 2 hour car journey to this place. I kept checking the Instagram in anticipation as they were sharing things regarding NYE. I had paid double the usual winter price since it was NYE but in my mind it would be worth it to chill out and have some nice food. I also paid extra to have a “ suite” I was chased for payment as they said was only one suite left so I quickly sent over the money. On arrival a man came to show us to our dome, he asked if we’d already paid (odd) and asked us for our HES code to abide with covid health rules. The first thing we noticed was the soaking damp air in the dome but where reassured once we open the Aircon this will return to normal, the floors where soaking wet and our clothes where instantly soaked with how damp the air was. We also realised the “hot tub” was in a building site. We then asked about the restaurant which was advertised to be told it was closed however we could climb the hill to another restaurant which was open, so we did, this was also closed however they set the table up and served us. When we got back to the dome I opened up the bed, to see it had already been used, slept in and loads of long black hairs (I’m blonde), under the bed was filthy as well with loads of beer tops! I also went to the toilet to find long black hairs in there too and soaking wet floors. The bed was the worse thing for me as I can only imagine bed bugs, peoples skin etc, the covers where disgusting and a random duvet with no cover was provided 🤢 the cheek to ask for a HES code but provide a dirty, filthy, health risk of a room to stay in! The kettle provided was also disgusting with limescale floating around, and 2 huge bugs in the coffee tray, when we asked for a new one we where told it’s normal?? The light was constantly flickering all night as well which was so annoying!! Had it not be pitch black by the time we encountered these things as we arrived late, we would have left but we decided for our own safety to stick it out as the drive back is quite dangerous. It was honestly horrid I slept with my clothes on and my own towels on the bed and as a cover, I was up every hour with pure stress of my skin possibly touching the bed, I was constantly scratching and still am 3 days later. I messaged the Instagram page to explain the situation as that’s where I paid and no staff where around, to be told sorry and they’ll refund if we want to leave in the morning. So that morning we got ready and tried to locate someone to give back the key, and explained why we where leaving early. I explained to the manager on Instagram that really we should be refunded more than the one night considering the state of the place (photos to follow) and how they cannot even provide a clean bed and we didn’t get to use the “breakfast” that was included in the price. We booked to stay on our anniversary and made payment, after doing so we received an email from the host advising us that the igloo was fully booked on our date that we had paid for so he asked us to arrive a day later, we obliged. After arriving to check in at 2pm and being told that our igloo wasn’t clean, we were left waiting in the hot reception area for 45 minutes. Finally, we were shown to our room. The floor was wet where they had rushed cleaning, there was water marks all over the black fridge door and the small table had smears all over it. We were happy to overlook the initial experience as mistakes happen, but around 3 hours after checking in, we noticed that all of the electric both inside and outside of the igloo had gone off. I contacted the manager and asked for support as this had caused the pool filter to go off which resulted in the pool being filthy and also meant that we didn’t have any lights or use of the jacuzzi. He came along and was fiddling around for a long time. Eventually, 3 men came into our area and started cleaning out the pool and drilling. This was not ideal at all. We had paid a lot of money for a relaxing, romantic break and had to eat dinner to the sound of the pool being cleaned and jacuzzi being drilled to try and fix the problems. After a lack of communication, I asked the manager what was happening to which he said that the problem happened because of us and it was our fault as the water from the jacuzzi (that we hadn’t even been able to fill up as the water was freezing cold due to the lack of electricity) had flowed into the electrics supply. I was astounded and he just kept shouting saying that we should be grateful that he is fixing our problem. By this time, it was dark and we still had 3 people in and out of our igloo trying to fix the problem. At 10pm, we decided to arrange a taxi home. The attitude of the staff was terrible and it’s quite clear that the accommodation is not fit for purpose. All of the lights were flickering and it was not relaxing at all, it actually felt very unsafe. As we left, the manager refused to refund us and instead tried to charge us extra charges and told us he would be billing us for the damage we caused. Astounded is an understatement, this place should be shut down!

Öncelikle balayı olduğu için çok araştırma yaptım 4gece 5 gün bir deneyimimiz oldu açıkcası bazı kötü yorunları görünce en başta çok mualakta kaldım fakat iyi ki burayı seçmişik diğer yorumlarda odanın bahçesi göründüğü yazılmış rezervasyon aşamasında bunu görüştüğümde bazı odalarının tam kapalı olmadığını bazı odaların tamamen kapalı dışarıdan görünmediğini söylediler ve biz kapalı görünmeyen odaya rezervasyon yaptırdık gerçektende 5gün boyunca böyle bir problem yaşamadık. Oda ve tesis genel itibariyle ***et temizdi 4 gün işinde 3 kere ara temizlik istedik sorunsuz bir şekilde yaptılar. Sıcak olurmu klima yetermi die ikilemde kalmıstık açıkcası içeride üşüdük bile . Ayrıca manzaraya ve o vadinin tam için bulunma hissi çok farklı . Personel tamamen yardım etmeye odaklı özel işlerimize dahi yardım etmekten kaçınmadılar hatta ilgileri alakaları fazlaydı bile gerçekten biz çok menun kaldık .
