Very well located, it is very close to the metro door and bus stops. But the air conditioning does not work well and drips water... so, it is recommended that you carry an umbrella or wear a raincoat.
Also, breakfast is included and please don't imagine that they serve you breakfast perfectly. Remember you are in a dorm, so the food is terrible and the cook doesn't know how to make scrambled eggs...I don't understand how other guests can stand the food...

It is perfect for solo traveler. You have all you need to live, wash machines, gym.
The breakfast was nice.
Staff was great, the guard at night does not know English, it will be better if knew some more.
The only issue was that in the gym there was not cleaning paper for the machines, there was sweat stains on machines, easy to clean if you provide a paper roll and a simple cleaning product.
