Hotel que se encuentra en una ubicación perfecta, cerca de la plaza central del pueblo, con parking propio.
Habitación amplia y cómoda con aire acondicionado, pero le falta reforma en la pintura de la habitación.
Consta de un excelente restaurante para cenar y gran desayuno incluido en el precio.
Quizás lo que menos me gustó fué el personal de recepción, que aunque es agradable... no informan de todas las posibilidades de ocio del pueblo.
Ya que cuentan con un gran cenote a unas calles, que ni me mencionaron, cuando pregunté.

For all that, I don't recommend it and if I were TRIP I would take this hotel as its partner.

The hotel is in a very good location. The price is also very cheap. The staff are all friendly and there is also a small swimming pool. The restaurant is great for the price. But the bedding smelled of sweat.

Localizado praticamente na praça principal, fica num lugar muito conveniente. Os quartos são amplos e equipados com o básico, mas nada além. Poderia ter, por exemplo, uma cadeira ao invés de apenas um banquinho. O café da manhã não é buffet, mas pelo menos há várias opções para escolher. Algumas são bem servidas. O wi-fi às vezes desconectava ou ficava um pouco lento. Nada que realmente atrapalhasse, mas poderia ser melhor. A limpeza foi o ponto fraco: o quarto que fiquei aparentemente era um dos últimos na rota de limpeza (só sendo limpo quase 16h), mas, sobretudo, mais de uma vez havia insetos mortos que permaneceram no chão após a limpeza.

El agua de la regadera está siempre fría por las tardes, el personal de recepción son muy condescendientes y tienen te maltratan cuando les pides una solución. El personal de mantenimiento solo da excusas, es un hotel muy caro para el servicio que tienen

Wij verbleven hier 2 nachten op doortocht. Het hotel heeft een aantal troeven maar toch ook wat mankementen. Troeven: ligging, prachtig gebouw, parking, goed restaurant, nette kamers, goed ontbijt Mankementen: douche loopt niet geweldig en temperatuur moeilijk juist te krijgen, tegen de ochtend begon er een afloop te lopen wat je duidelijk hoorde, geen frigo id kamer, airco was ofwel ijskoud ofwel niks

Io e mio marito siamo stati qui una notte durante la nostra luna di miele. L'hotel nel complesso è carino e particolare nell'arredamento. Non abbiamo apprezzato la camera perché c'era odore di chiuso ed era piccola. Il ristorante è favoloso, consiglio di fare colazione e di cenare lì.

We stayed for one night as part of our Intrepid Tour. The rooms were okay but the remote control for the AC did not work. The wifi was spotty. The pool was already closed at 7pm when I wanted to go for a swim. The rooms did not have refrigerators either. At least the hotel was clean and quiet, and the beds and pillows were fine.

Buena ubicacion. Limpio muy. Muy ordenada las habitaciones, estan en detalles minimos que marcan diferencias... amables muy. Baño completo habitaciones amplias. Bien pensado todo. La pile es chica pero esta bien. Estacionamiento chico.
