You can the green bus from train station by 40,000 Laos money and hide a scooter to hit all the places. Breakfast is not much choice just have enough 3-4 choices.

I took my son out alone! I was a little nervous after reading various reviews before checking in. I stayed here for three days and then stayed for two more days! The location is very convenient, and the tour group, car rental, meals, and walking distance are all good. The service staff is very good, the staff during breakfast time is very friendly, and the bunny who makes coffee is very cute. There is a swimming pool, and I take my son to swim for an hour every day. The hygiene is also very good, and the cleaning staff comes every day. For this trip, the comprehensive status of this hotel gave us a very satisfactory experience. The view outside the balcony is given. We live on the 2nd floor. If it is a higher floor, the view will be better. There is also a rooftop, but we have so much fun every day that we never go up! It is worth recommending and very cost-effective!

The hotel is well placed but still calm in the center, the rooms are clean, the level of service is good. The breakfast proposed is rather basic. Overall a good place to stay for the weekend or more.

This review was supposed to be much worse if it wasn't for the staff, such amazing people! They did everything they could to fix things, but the hotel is really bad.
I moved between 3 bedrooms and found the following: bugs especially ants on the bed, strong smell of cigarette everywhere in the property, TV looking like a fake one with super outdated streaming service which doesn't work, old furniture.
In summary, if it was cheap or if in Laos you couldn't find a real 4-stars service I'd ignore this review, but that's not the case. I found really good accommodations for even lower prices, so staying here was a mistake. I'm not coming back.
