Not bad. It is very close to the airport. You can see it when you go out. There are signs at the airport. It is a good choice for transit. The environment is also good. There is luggage storage service. The lobby can receive hot water. Finland is very cold

I visited the Pilot Airport Hotel on a business trip and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. My room was small but cosy and contained everything I needed on my business trip. It was quiet, very comfortable bed and bathroom and excellent WIFI connection to do my work. The biggest asset of this hotel is its exceptionally polite and helpful staff who really made me feel so welcome during my stay. The breakfast buffet was very nice and the restaurant offers delicious food. Outside the hotel you have excellent bus connections to Helsinki and the staff is more than willing to help you pick the sights worth seeing. They will definitely be seeing me again in the future.

If this review was of the shuttle bus from the airport we would give it 5 stars as the driver was first class, really friendly and welcoming and did a great job as ambassador for the hotel, helped us with our luggage and advised us on our travel into Helsinki for the evening...a true gentleman. The hotel itself was ok. We managed to get a good night's sleep here, bed was comfy although someone had obviously smoked in the room as it smelled of smoking. The WIFI was not available on the night we were there ( no internet connection). We couldn't get the AC to work which was a shame as it was very warm when we were there however at least we were able to get the window open so it eventually cooled down. The room otherwise was fine and the bathroom had modern fittings. Plenty of hot water for showering before heading back to the airport by 10 minute shuttle bus ride, so very convenient for the airport. Didn't try the breakfast arrangents as it was such an early start . We liked that we could get the shuttle bus back to the airport and then get the train from there out to Helsinki centre for sight seeing and restaurants. Very good shuttle service.

Hotel is located one minute away from railway station, you don´t even have to walk outside if you come via train. From station you can travel easily to Helsinki Centrum, or other direction to airport.(or north) We had room in 6´th floor, windows away from station. We didnt´t hear traffic noise. Room was small, but not too small. Two beds(average), blankets good. Toilet and shower small but ok. Room also had oven if you need that. We didn´t see any personnel, even I think there was someone few hours a day in lobby? We didn´t have breakfast, and don´t know if there was any. But in railway station/mall there are a lot of places where to have breakfast, or food, etc. Room was clean and quite classy. Absolutely worth of that price.

Excellent 4 star, one stop from the airport. One step away from the subway entrance, breakfast while observing the flow of people in and out of the subway. You can have breakfast at 4 o'clock in the morning, and the equipped sauna hotel is a standard 4-star hotel. It takes 30 minutes to take the subway directly to Helsinki Railway Station, and I will stay at his home next time.
