We found this to be centrally located and had a "Tropical Charm" ! But was dated, the A/C units roared all night, cabinet doors slammed and the chairs created a lot of noise. We won't return ! Too bad because it has a lot of potenial , but need updating and improved comfort.

We met the new owner, Martin, last year and were happy to see that Beverly is still there and now the manager! This is our 3rd time staying here and we still LOVE IT! Everything is very clean, the beds and pillows are great. It's just a wonderful "hidden gem". It truly feels, to us anyway, that we are in a 'tropical resort". We have everything we need from self laundry, & beach "toys", bikes, fully stocked kitchen, internet and additional toiletries, if needed. It's a peaceful get-a-way, even when all of the units are booked. It's in walking distance of several good restaurants and the beach. Who could ask for more? Not us. We're already looking forward to our next trip there. Sharon & Chris C.

Excellent facilities in a very quiet and peaceful location. Large one bed villa with everything you could possibly need. Air con worked great. A very short drive to local shops and the beach (too far for is to walk). This was the final stop of our 3 week vacation so the use of a washing machine was so handy! Pool was lovely and refreshing after a day out.

This place is super nice and very close to the beach and shopping. The amenities are amazing! Everything you might have forgotten is available for use. Bikes pool toys and tons of little things you can use for your vacation. Washer and dryer available for use means lighter packing and clean clothes when you get home 😁 A charming friendly place to stay in a beautifully maintained location. Everyone was super friendly and ready to help.Even though the staff was in and out they were a quick phone call away and quick to answer. Loved it and will be back next year

Quiet, clean comfortable, close to the beach and downtown , nice restarants and boutique stores. There are grocery stores close by and uber service is very accessible. Also there are many transportation options that you can reserve to and from the airport

Just came back from a wonderful stay at TVOVB. We rented #14 - the 2-bedroom villa in the front of the property, and it was perfect for our family of 3 . Our villa was spotless and had everything we needed - full kitchen, nice living room area with TV that included all the major streaming services. The two bedrooms were nice size as well as the bathroom. The property has a great pool, beautiful landscaping, free laundry facilities, and ample selection of bikes, beach gear and beach towels for families. It's very private and low-key with a great location that's close to the beach yet also close to Venice Avenue with lots of shops and restaurants. I think it's the best value on Venice Beach with all the included amenties. It's not fancy, but it has everything you need. Looking forward to returning soon!

Bright, cozy, comfy, and clean. The property is gorgeous! I cannot say enough nice things about this location. From the pool, bikes, garden views, a mini apartment with a full kitchen including a dishwasher, access to a shared washer & dryer, and beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc). This place has it all.

Fantastic property! 10 out of 10! Already planning my next trip to the property! Tropical oasis only .3 miles from the beach, restaurants and shopping. Free washer/Dryer on property, free bikes available for use while staying on property, beach chairs, umbrella, Can't wait to go back!

Beautiful place to stay, immaculate, very well maintained. Would stay here without hesitation. Gardens are delightful and amenities perfect. Pool is nice size, bikes available, grills to bbq on. Great location!
