Il B&B è carino e senza pretese e presenta un rapporto qualità/prezzo molto buono. L'elemento negativo per noi è stata la colazione veramente deludente che ci ha obbligati a uscire: da italiana il caffè di quella macchinetta è assolujtamente imbevibile, non ci sono yoghurt, cereali ma solo pane bianco e merendine confezionate di dubbia qualità. Molto buona la pulizia

My friends and I stayed here for 3 nights. The location is convenient - just 5 minutes walk from Arsenale so very easy to access from Marco Polo airport or Santa Lucia train station. The area is great - Castello is a much quieter area than San Marco and much more residential. It still has plenty of restaurants but fewer crowds and you have much less trouble finding peaceful spots to sit and watch the world go by. The B&B itself is clean, comfortable and welcoming. Our triple suite was surprisingly big and we had a lovely view onto the street below. Breakfast is generous. Nicola (the owner) was available and generous with tips and recommendations. Would definitely stay again. For the money, you really can't go wrong with this place.

Perfect stay, nice location, good beds, all clean. Last but not least, the owner is great. Nicola, very humble and friendly guy. He was even waiting for us at the dock before our ship/water bus from the airport arrived. Then he explained perfectly the route to our stay (you will find this very important later, after you get lost few times, haha). He helped us with route planning, food/restaurant/bar recommendation... I can only recommend to everyone, who is not looking for a posh place with gold lining and silver spoons. I know for sure that when I am back at Venice, I will be back at Oceano Mare B&B. Cheers, Nicola, thank you again! Vaclav

Bel posticino a ridosso dell'arsenale, prezzi onestissimi... il vero punto forte però è la disponibilità e cordialità del proprietario Nicola, che ha foggiato tutta la struttura a sua immagine. Incredibilmente questa parte di Venezia sembra aver conservato la sua vita di quartiere (o sestiere 😊), con i residenti che si salutano e frequentano nei negozi e locali; par di stare in una città ancora viva e accogliente.

Struttura pulita, bella , accogliente e in ottima posizione.Colazione perfetta. Nicola è un host insuperabile, disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta e consiglio. A due passi da Piazza San Marco, non si può desiderare di più

Abbiamo soggiornato io e mia figlia per 5 giorni a Venezia al I Fans di Oceano Mare B&B - Venezia dal mitico Nicola Catino e vi posso solo dire che non mi sono sentita un ospite, ma una di famiglia al B&B. Grazie Nicola di tutto❤ Ci vediamo presto❤

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Si trova vicino a piazza San Marco, che si raggiunge in circa 10 minuti a piedi. In zona tranquilla e ottima per riposare la notte. Colazione completa e disponibile tutto il giorno, con bevande calde, toast e torte confezionate. Camera con bagno completo di tutto spaziosa e gradevole (qualche imperfezione, ma non ci si deve vivere. Esempio scarico doccia lento a defluire). Pulizie a giorni alterni. Gestore (Nicola) persona gentilissima, disponibile, moderna e alla mano. Per Pasqua ci ha fatto trovare anche coniglietti cioccolato lindt. 4 stelle solo per le piccole imperfezioni della camera, altrimenti 5.

Venezia è una città meravigliosa , però se a questo ci metti un posto dove L'oste sig. Nicola ti accoglie nel suo B&B come se fossi a casa tua con tutto a disposizione con tanti consigli x conoscere Venezia e gustare tutte le specialità del posto in ristoranti da lui suggerite. Consiglio vivamente a tutti coloro che vogliono andare a Venezia di soggiornare in questo B&BH
