Incredible lodging experience in majestic Venice. This bed and breakfast completely exceeded my expectations. I knew our suite overlooked a canal but I had no idea the fun and entertainment we would experience watching the sleek gondolas glide by under the blooming gardenias on our balcony! This experience was much more interesting and personal than a larger “hotel” experience. Thoughtfully and artistically created by owner operator Alessandro, this B&B, in a 1700’s historical building, sits in the heart of Venezia. With a family history in hotel & hospitality, every detail is executed perfectly. Comfortable bed ensemble, old world furnishings mixed with modern convenience. The wall art! Original oils of the villa’s family! Lots of light enter through windows and balcony doors but can be completely shuttered for an afternoon nap. Delightful full breakfast and well appointed clean rooms. Short walks to the Musica a Palazza Opera House, St Marks Square with cafe orchestras, Doge & Basilica, fine dining, patisseries, & shopping. I loved entering this historic home just steps from one of 400 bridges in Venice. You will LOVE it! All the pictures are inside the B&B, at the front door, and from our balcony! Magnifico! What a fantastic stay. A lovely b&b. Comfortable and stylishly decorated A brilliant location - 10 minute walk to sta marks square, 2 minute walk to the waterbus The host, Alessandro is friendly, knowledgeable and generous And he provides a lovely breakfast We wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else in Venice

Perfect location, very clean and quite area, very nice breakfast, nice stay, clean room, friendly staff. We think, one of the best bed&breakfast concept to stay. When you make a decision to stay in Venice, we recommend it. Have a good time in here.

A beautiful and elegant B&B which is a home away from home! Very centrally based and a short walk from St Marks Square. Alessandro has created a wonderful tranquil space away from the hustling streets which provides a great retreat after a long day of exploration. It is an absolute gem of a B&B and Alessandro and his mum went above and beyond in providing us with local advice, tips and recommendations. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful and it was an experience eating breakfast while watching and listening to the singing from the gondolas directly outside. Thank you again Alessandro. We would highly recommend this beautiful B&B.

Superb location with 150meter walk-in from nearest water taxi also short distance for majority of popular sites in the city. The room was nicely decorated. Our host was good in recommendations for to do things and hospitality. Breakfast was really nice and served in between 8:15am-11:30am. Recommended this small B&B to anyone travelling to Venice and looking for centre location.

We spent a lovely 3 night mid week break here. The building is tucked away down a little side street overlooking a canal complete with a punt stop. The Vaporetto (water bus) stop is a 3 min walk away which is brilliant. Our room was small but perfectly formed. Alessandro is a fabulous host and a lovely man, he has created a wonderful feeling of history in the rooms. There are 3 rooms which make it feel like you are in 1 big apartment with shared use of the kitchen and lounge. Everywhere is very clean. The breakfast supplied is sublime, there is so much choice, it sets you up for a great day of exploring this amazing city. I would highly recommend a few nights here if you happen to be in Venice. A fabulous gem in Venice. So central a short walk from St Marks Square & all the main sites. From the comfortable beds to the amazing breakfast it was absolute luxury. What i will say is it's the people who really put the heart into this wonderful place Alessandro, Anna & Mareka were just the most amazing hosts. From answering our random questions, recommending restaurants & making sure we had everything before we even knew we needed it. I can't wait to go back & spend more time in this amazing city with the wonderful people we met.

This charming, ridiculously central, tastefully furnished B&B was just perfection. It is a 5 minute walk from the Vaparetto stop, from St. Mark's Square and the Doge's Palace and from the Teatro La Fenice - a complete haven in the midst of the hustle and bustle of such a touristy area. Every ornament and piece of furniture has been carefully chosen and is exquisite, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast plentiful and delicious in a light filled, lily-scented room overlooking a picturesque canal. As always, it is the people who make a place and Alessandra and his mother are as delightful as the flat they have created. It was a total joy meeting them and staying here. Part of me is loathed to write this review as I want to make sure there is always availability for me when I want to return to Venice but I can't be that selfish! It really is a little gem.....
