The exterior and interior were cute! It was close to the station, so it was convenient because the distance I had to travel with my suitcase was short. I could easily hear the outside noise, but it wasn't a problem.

The location was s good which is very to the train station. But may need spend 30-45 mins by ferry or walk to S Macro each time. Hotel facilities are old. Not match with 4 stars hotel.

All the staff members feel professional, and the hotel looks a bit old, but it is quaint and pretty. The breakfast is also great. The heating is a bit disappointing (it turns off when you raise it to a certain temperature), so you need to be a bit nervous on very cold days.

It's close to the station and the customer service was very good. The staff spoke English slowly, so I was able to understand even though I'm not good at English.
