地球の歩き方に掲載されているホテルです。アレーナに近い場所ですが、部屋はとても静かです。廊下を人が話したりすると建物自体は古いので響きます。設備自体は問題なく真夏用にか網戸もついている窓がありました。シングルの部屋には湯沸かしポットはありませんでした。部屋は清潔に掃除されており、スタッフの対応も快く価格に見合っていると思いました。今度は野外オペラ鑑賞をしに機会があったら訪れたいです。

Las mañanas las inicias con un delicioso desayuno acompañado de un capuchino que te da la energía para iniciar un largo día y cada tarde después de las largas caminatas te reciben con una calidez que te hace sentir como en casa, el agua infusionada deliciosa y fresca. Our group visited Italy in April 2024, spending four of our nights at Hotel Torcolo in Verona. The hotel was superb! The rooms were clean and comfortable, but what impressed us was how friendly and helpful the staff were. Besides recommendations of what to do in Verona, they helped us find the right bus to Lake Garda (printing out the schedule), had suggestions for a day trip to Venice, and always asked us how our day was, and were interested in how we were doing. This is exactly the kind of service that helps make a stay easier and more enjoyable. The hotel is located right in the center of town near the Arena, also making it very convenient. I will definitely stay here next time I plan a Verona trip!

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo hotel (3 amiche over 60) scelto così “a naso” per la vicinanza all’arena poiché avevamo i biglietti per il concerto del “Volo” La scelta si è rivelata ottima, in quanto abbiamo trovato gentilezza e disponibilità ed attenzione al cliente. Tutti gentilissimi. Cambio asciugamani ogni giorno, bagno ampio e comodo. La camera magari un po’ piccina ma comunque confortevole. La colazione molto abbondante e di qualità. Siamo state molto contenta di avervi scelto!

Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel perchè in un altro ci avevano annullato per imprecisati motivi tecnici la prenotazione. E meno male direi, perchè ci siamo trovati molto bene fin dall'inizio grazie al calore e all'accoglienza dei proprietari. Ottima posizione vicinissima all'Arena (avevamo il concertone di Una, nessuna, centomila), camera al terzo piano con letti comodi e un bel bagno con doccia.

Camera pulita e ordinata. Cambio asciugamani ogni giorno e lenzuola dopo 2 notti. Buona accoglienza alla reception. Va sottolineata la cordialità, la gentilezza e la preparazione di Fiorentina nel servire la colazione (salata e dolce). Si consiglia vivamente per qualche giorno a Verona.
