Great location. Literally less than 2 mins walk from the hotel to Wien’s main/central train station. Excellent services and super friendly and helpful staff. Stayed here for three nights and no problems with everything at the hotel.

Nearby the main train station HBF, just a less than 10mins walk distance, but if you call taxi, the car couldn’t drive until in front of the hotel, you’ll have to walk a little bit to reach the road Cozy and kinda quiet room at nighttime because is surrounded local residents houses The room and toilet a bit small for 3 pax, have to prepare extension if you’re in a big group cause the charging socket only 3-4 and not near to the bed But then so far this hotel was good enough

Jazz In The City Hotel 28 February - 2 March 2023 Room 500 5 stars for its cleanliness and service! Location: We took the Vienna Airport Cab from the airport to the hotel. We paid Euro 37 (one way). It was very convenient. It took about 30 minutes. The driver drove carefully and was on time to fetch us at the airport. The hotel is accessible to the underground and shopping area. Reception: Excellent and very helpful! We were able to check in early and the room was already ready when we arrived. Room: Modern, fresh and very clean indeed! The bedsheets, pillow covers, towels and bed were all immaculately clean and dust free. It has all the amenities that you need. Our room was located in a quiet area. Bathroom/Toilet: Very clean indeed! Breakfast: Excellent breakfast! You can order sunny side up or omelette which is freshly cooked. Very clean and fresh breakfast area. Check out: Fast and effective! Recommendation: Why not paint the ceiling of the room white and paint the water pipes black? It will give a smooth, clean and fresh feel. Amazing and value-for-money! Will definitely recommend. Friendly staff, rooms is very clean and even had a nice view on 12th floor. They also helped to keep the luggage before check-in and after check-out. Breakfast also have good options, though sometimes might be a bit crowded. Location is just in front of 2 Trams, which one of them going to Train Central Station (Wien Hbf) directly. Also metro is within 5min walk. Besides that there are multiple Lidle or Billa supermarkets within 5min walk, and the Mariahilfer shopping street is just next to hotel. Would like to be back again!

First time for me in a Hostel and these guys made sure my experience was memorable. They were very welcoming and always smiling. The rooms were very clean, beds very comfortable. The lounge area had a lot of chill spots, a pool table, a fussball table. At the bar I asked the bartender to make me a cocktail that was not on the menu and he was more than happy to do so. I really appreciated that! The metro station is right downstairs, and you have 5 stations to get to the city center, which is really helpful because in the center of the city are all the tourist attractions except Schonbrun. They have breakfast every morning and you can choose to pay 7 euros to eat. Or not. Not the best breakfast I've had but it does the job. Also, another con would be that there is no other piece of furniture in the room other then the beds. I found myself needing a chair or a small table lots of times. Overall an awesome stay! Would totally recommend! I will definitely come back!

The hotel is lovely. Well presented. Airy. Nice chilled atmosphere. Good breakfasts. Room was clean, well presented with a lovely large bathroom. The hotel is not in the centre of Vienna but with a train stop almost opposite (and a 3 day public transport pass at 17 euros) it’s easy to get around. The staff are pleasant. The bar well stocked. We would go back. The only thing that let it down for us was the fact that in 3 days they didn’t fix our bathroom door (which wouldn’t close 🙈) and didn’t clean our room on one day.

I had a very nice welcome. I was allowed to bring my bike to the room. The room was really spacious and very nice breakfast buffet! Coffee machines were inefficient though :( I appreciated the quite area. Different kind of public transportation is still very close :)

The hotel is about 8 minutes away from the nearest subway. It is a typical business hotel with self-service check-in and parking lot on the ground floor. The room is not big and the bathroom is small. There is no refrigerator. The overall hygiene level is OK. The surrounding environment of the hotel is quiet. Next to it There is a large shopping mall and several large supermarkets. It is very convenient to supply supplies. This is a major selling point of the hotel's location. Although it is not the first choice, it is good as a second choice.

Ich kann dieses Hotel leider nicht empfehlen. Ich hatte in der Früh um 07:30 beim Verlassen des Hotels gebeten, dass die Dusche gerichtet wird, da die Regenwalddusche kalte Tropfen während der Benutzung der Handbrause abgab. Bei meiner Rückkehr um 15:15 war weder dies behoben, noch mein Zimmer gesäubert. Nach einem langen Hin und Her (1/2 Stunde) konnte ich ein neues Zimmer beziehen, weil ich nicht warten wollte, dass es erst gegen 19/20 Uhr gerichtet wird. Komisch ist nur, dass es zunächst hieß, es stünde kein freies Zimmer zur Verfügung, weil sie ausgebucht sind. Nachdem ich aber darauf verwies, dass ich mich gerne vor dem Abendessen frisch machen würde und nicht ewig auf den Techniker warten wollte, war plötzlich ein Zimmer frei, und dieses sogar gleich neben meinem ursprünglichen. Die allgemeine Sauberkeit ist mäßig, es ist auch alles sehr abgewohnt (zb aufgezogene Türe im Bad, etc). Das Reinigungspersonal ist unfreundlich, schlägt einem fast die Türe vor der Nase zu, sagt Hallo, redet untereinander lautstark in seiner Sprache miteinander. Das Personal des Frühstücksservices war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch das Frühstück an sich war gut und mehr als reichlich.

Esperienza eccellente in coppia. Prenotato 4 notti presso questo Hotel per me e la mia ragazza, e devo dire che ne siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti. Punti a favore: - Camere nuove, pulite, spaziose (noi avevamo la standard e si stava benissimo), controllo temperatura direttamente dall'interno, condizionatore efficentissimo ed intuitivo, doccia ampia, minibar, cassaforte e tablet da cui controllare la TV e altre funzioni. - Posizione strategica a dir poco, davanti la fermata della Metro U1 che arriva in centro in 15 Min, bus e tram. - Tranquillità. Camere insonorizzate perfettamente, non abbiamo sentito un minimo rumore né dall'esterno, né dal corridoio, né dalle altre camere, aspetto che ho apprezzato moltissimo avendo il sonno leggero. - Palestra, seppur piccola, essenziale ed adatta ad un breve workout per chi non volesse priv****ne anche in vacanza. - Refill acqua infinito alle fontanelle in reception, anche se a detta dello staff l'acqua dei rubinetti di Vienna è potabile. Lati negativi: Anche se la nostra esperienza resta da 5 stelle, credo sia giusto sottolineare alcuni aspetti che potrebbero essere migliorati per rendere questo hotel impeccabile. - Colazione: 21€ a testa è una follia, non so cosa offrissero ma a quelle cifre nemmeno mangiando all'Hotel Sacher in centro. - Ascensori: utilizzabili solamente scannerizzando la tessere della propria camera, metodo sicuramente intelligente per evitare intrusi nell'hotel, ma a volte scomodo e malfunzionante, e in generale gli ascensori funzionano un po' macchinosamente. - Mancanza di un armadio in camera di qualche cassetto, seppure abbiamo apprezzato molto quella sorta di appendiabiti a cielo aperto all'ingresso. - Staff pulizie scortese al checkout: nonostante alla reception ci avessero detto che il checkout fosse possibile fino alle 12, già dalle 9 una signora delle pulizie è venuta a bussarci, ripetendo poi verso le 10, anche dopo averle detto che eravamo in fase di uscita e avremmo liberato la stanza per tempo. - Connessione alla TV: nonostante avessimo seguito la guida per connettere il telefono alla TV tramite Miracast, non ci ha funzionato nulla, abbiamo riprovato più volte ma niente, avremmo potuto domandare in reception ma alla fine non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno.
