Mein Aufenthalt im Hotel Klimt war ausgezeichnet. Das Hotel hat mich durch seinen Service und die Lage direkt in die Innenstadt Wiens überzeugt. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich das freundliche Personal, das nicht nur kompetent, sondern auch ein sehr gutes Auftreten hatte. Frühstück und Zimmer waren ebenfalls top. Absolut empfehlenswert!

The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help, making our stay really comfortable. The place was spotless and roomy. Can’t wait to come back here next time I'm in Vienna! Everything went smoothly, no issues at all. Plus, it was so easy to get around with the metro station nearby, and the breakfast was fantastic. Definitely recommend!

Traveled with a group of students in June. Arrival was terrible with us standing along the sidewalk while they insisted on making copies of everyone’s passport. The check in person was rude and shouted at us. Then we were 21 people trying to use and elevator that took 2 people at a time. No balcony in our room but when the windows were open a group was outside smoking a talking every evening. Room was very hot and small. Bathroom was nice. Room was clean but very old. Breakfast was so so, but the staff there was very nice. Area seemed a bit sketchy too.

Large and clean rooms, kindness of the staff, very nice gym and spa, excellent quality of food but the top and the quality of the bed!! Convenient location a few steps from public transport to reach the centre! Advised

Good: value for price,;helpful, knowledgable and friendly staff (kitchen, check-in, breakfast—everyone); small but very functional and comfortable room; comfortable bed; good high-pressure hot water,;old solid oak doors and high ceilings; very clean and well-maintained (everything worked); great restaurants (Retsina, Lindberg, etc.) in the neighborhood Bad: Internet was unusable from my room; duplicate EMail requests from hotel to fill out pre-checkin information; no restaurant beyond breakfast (but see above); expensive and blaisé breakfast and coffee (this is Vienna, for gosh sakes!); small stairway up from street-level entrance (a slight challenge for handicap accessibility, for example) Verdict: I'll certainly book here again on my next Vienna trip.

The hotel is not exactly in the central area, but it is well connected by public transport. There is carpet in the rooms but they are cleaned daily... The breakfast is good... But if you are looking for a place without architectural barriers this is definitely not the right place... For the rest it's not bad... Online with a three stars.

Unacceptable business we booked a double room through Booking based on the photos they had in that room 100€/per night and they gave us a very old and dirty room that did not correspond to the photos, when we complained the answer was that we booked a double room and that it's a double room can't do anything else and stay in it. I had booked a double room for two people. First of all, I noticed that there was apparently construction work going on in the hotel. This was not announced anywhere when booking. Well, as tourists we didn't want to be in the hotel that much anyway and we didn't want to be disturbed. But it got bad when work was being carried out on the outside wall of the hotel in the middle of the day. Construction work erected scaffolding, drilling was being done into walls - unbelievable! We should actually demand our money back, as we would never have booked if we had been told. We are also considering reporting the hotel to the Chamber of Tourism. Noise for half the day, construction workers walking up and down in front of the window and looking into the room... unbelievable, we have never experienced anything like it! We also noticed that the person seems to be working despite being sick, and without a mask. Several cleaning staff appear to be sick (coughing constantly, even in the rooms while cleaning) and are probably being forced to work. We didn't wear a mask because it is no longer compulsory, but we didn't feel "safe" in the hotel. Overall, a disaster! Don't book under any circumstances!
