Was a really nice hotel. Would definitely stay here again. The breakfast was really nice and they explained everything that was needed to have a comfy stay. Only thing is I couldn't use the bathtub to soak. It didn't have a plug.

It was a good location to go elsewhere.
The parking facility is small, expensive, and difficult to reserve (there is a cheap parking facility nearby, so please use it) The bedding is changed, but the floor is not cleaned. Compared to the old facility, hot water came out well and there was no drain problem.

Everything in the hotel was very satisfying, location was perfect and center to the city. Perfect for those who enjoy doing trips by walking around as it was close to almost everything.
Food was good and lots of choices, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

L'unica nota positiva è la posizione, prossima a fermate dei mezzi pubblici e sopra ad un supermercato. Per il resto, esperienza assolutamente da dimenticare. Arrivati in hotel, veniamo informati di lavori in corso con martello pneumatico, al 5° piano della struttura, in orario 10-17. Abbiamo avuto una camera al 4° piano e praticamente avevamo i muratori in camera (rumore continuo ed assordante). Abbiamo chiesto subito di cambiare camera, magari con qualcosa ai piani inferiori, ma ci è stato negato. Ci è stato riferito che avrebbero trovato una soluzione dopo 3 giorni. Nessuna soluzione è arrivata al termine dei 7 giorni di permanenza, nonostante ulteriori nostri solleciti. La reception è nella maggior parte del giorno senza alcun personale di hotel. La pulizia è assolutamente inadeguata. Abbiamo inoltre segnalato un problema allo scarico del lavandino del bagno (in quanto tappato) che il personale non ha risolto. Insomma esperienza assolutamente da dimenticare

This hotel is currently renovating so if you’d like a quiet and peaceful stay find somewhere else. The noise was relentless all through the day, we weren’t informed before hand, and were given vague and disingenuous answers about when it would stop. And make sure you have cash on you as the proprietor likes to slug you for cash payments whenever possible.

La posizione è ottima. Non nel caos ma vicino a stazioni tram e metro. Staff cortese. La stanza aveva tutto quello che serve.
L’unica pecca è che il letto non era comodissimo.
Per il resto molto accogliente, tuttavia il pavimento della stanza era un po’ sporco.
Non ho provato la colazione (era extra).
Terrò questo hotel in considerazione per il prossimo soggiorno a Vienna.

Mala exeriencia. Hotel de 4 estrellas pero creo que le han caido 2. Desorganización absoluta, con decir que la primera noche no nos han hecho la cama.. El desayuno escaso y mal atendido, había que decirle a la encargada, por cierto un poco borde, que repusiera los alimentos.
