Stayed here for 5 days delivering a training course for an outside company. Hotel is in a great location, underground 5 min walk away, tram stops outside. 10 min walk and you are in the heart of the city. Hotel is very pleasant, nicely decked out with a great ambience. The staff are wonderful, from reception to the bar and restaurant always smiling, very attentive, friendly and professional. Some of the best Hotel staff I have ever encountered, a big plus for the hotel. Food is very good, great quality, presentation and taste. This has been best Hilton I have stayed in, and i have stayed in a few. Thank you for making my trip to Vienna even more memorable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations.
The first thing that struck me was the cleanliness of the rooms. Housekeeping did an exceptional job, ensuring that everything was in order and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay.
One standout feature of this hotel was the complimentary mini bar. It was a pleasant surprise to find that not only was it stocked with a variety of beverages and snacks, but also that I had the option to customize the items according to my personal preferences. This level of flexibility and attention to guest satisfaction was truly impressive.
The service provided by the hotel staff was another highlight of my stay. They were genuinely warm, accommodating, and always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests I had.
Breakfast at the hotel was a delightful experience, especially the Austrian breakfast offered. The variety of dishes, including traditional Austrian favorites, was a treat. The quality of the food was excellent, and the attentive staff ensured that everything was replenished promptly. It was a great way to start each day of my stay.

Community events and the conditions of the hotel were good. But there are two things, that really bothered me during the stay. 1- I stayed at the hotel between 14-28 May 2023 and the nights were cold during that days. When I went to the reception desk to tell them I got cold and the heating system doesn't work. The only thing he said at the desk was the heating system is just for cooling the room. and he suggested me to turn it off and close the windows with a laugh. I think it was too rude. 2- I was staying in an extended stay and my card didn't open the kitchen's door. When I asked the person in the reservation area, the responsible person in there told me ,that I can't use the kitchen facilities because I have an extended stay. At the last days of my stay, I learned that I can use the kitchen. Those 2 things are the reason that I won't stay again at that hotel.

I studied abroad in Vienna in 2009 for my MBA and this was my first trip back since. I selected the Hilton Vienna Park because of it's close proximity to public transport and also near parks and sights I enjoyed when I spent more extensive time in this wonderful city. The hotel itself is busy, but the rooms were upscale, modern and comfortable. The executive lounge is one of the best I've ever been in - great breakfast, great cocktail hour selections and a comfortable place to relax after long days of walking and sightseeing! The hotel is located right next to Wien Mitte so good accessibilty anywhere you need to go as this is a main station in Vienna. Enjoy - I highly recommend this hotel!

We arrived hours early and our room had not been cleaned but the staff kept our luggage in a secure place and said the room would be ready well before the usual check-in time. Our room was large with a view over Pasteurgasse, very comfortable and with the toilet separate from the shower/bath - a great idea. The hotel is in a great location - the front entrance leads down to tram D (for Ringstrasse and Schottentor) about a 5 minute walk, whilst a similar distance from the back entrance is Waehringer Strasse with a tram roughly every 2 minutes to the Schottentor transport hub which is about 3 minutes away by tram. We chose not to have breakfast but there is a good selection of cafes and bakeries a 5 minute walk away near the tram stops on Waehringer Strasse. The area is very comfortable, pleasant and safe, and houses a couple of embassies as well as university departments. There is access to the roof terrace for beautiful views across Vienna. This was a very pleasant stay and, as ever, it is the staff who make the establishment a success - Vielen Dank.

We arrived late evening and the checkin was very easy. Staff very helpful. the room was very spacious for 2 large suitcases and still lots of room for king size bed, and a small table and chairs (Sitting area). Good bathroom facilities and good shower. We choose to stay just out of the city to save on price and it was very easy to walk to to the Metro station (10 min) and then a few stops to the city centre. Breakfast very filling and lovely sitting area. The area around the hotel is very quiet and relaxing. This was my first time in H+ Hotels and from the Wien hotel, we also stayed in Salzburg H+ hotel. Certainly not a basic hotel but very comfortable.

My destination at this Hostel was beautiful! Comfortable beds, helpful personal, very cool location - 10 min from city centre and also very quiet district. Fast check in and check out, there are chilling room with snacks and drinks. Thank you for everything! I will definitely come back next year!

This hotel is a paradise before and after long days of touring the city. Centrally located right next to the subway stop, I could access everything easily, even if it was snowing. The front desk staff were so professional and secured me an extra night when my flight plan changed and upgraded me to a beautiful, QUIET corner room #304. The breakfast buffet is a veritable smorgasbord of choices: eggs, weiners, cheeses, meats, yoghurts and fruits, coffee cakes and breads. The best part of the breakfast is the staff: Jamil from Tunisia is extremely helpful and attentive. Melin from the Phillipines was a superb fountain of knowledge about the city and special events and happenings. I will be sure to come back on my next trip to this magic city!

We liked Hilton Waterfront overall but please see some good things and areas of improvement:
- Leon and Maria at main reception are really good and excellent. They do everything to take care of guests and do best effort. Hilton Management should award them for their excellent job.
- Natasha in Executive Lounge is also very good in her work. She looks at minute details and ensure every guest is taken care very well. She is excellent and Hilton Management please take note of her good work.
- Overall Hilton Waterfront has water problem that is either extremely hot water comes or extremely cold water comes and it not easy to get it fixed. Please improve it.
- Many things such as phone in room, lockers in Sauna area etc does not work and someone needs to check them on regular basis to ensure everything is seamless.
Overall we liked it. Due to above mentioned people, we loved our stay and ignored any hick-ups.

The hotel is a little further out of town but was perfectly located for our conference and has a good transport link into the Inner Stadt within 10mins Room was perfect with a lovely bed and all amenities required. Staff were really friendly and professional. Special thanks to Lana who works in the rooftop bar who was really friendly and kind. Great job to all the staff at Melia Vienna.

GGuest UserAt my grandchildren's 10th anniversary, I wanted to go to Vienna and chose the hotel in question, and I was very pleased with it. The hotel, although far from the city centre and Vienna airport, is very well connected to these with timely and efficient trains and metro even during night hours. The structure is located in a shopping centre with all services including shops, bars, restaurants and a discotheque, and therefore, in the event, you can enjoy even without moving ”home”. The Danube is also very close and you can walk in the green parks that are upside the river. The staff of the hotel speak so many languages, they are all kind and prepared, and the rooms are spacious and clean regularly, unless you choose to give up The breakfast is served until late morning and it really offers everything with high quality and quantity standards. I found everything I was looking for and that was offered to me. Perhaps, as a pine, I found the bed coats too ”mole” but, for the rest (as already pointed out), I have nothing to complain about.

GGuest UserThe apartment is outside the centre of Vienna, but super accessible for any means available nearby: 1.metropolitana (it is 3 minutes walk, behind the corner) 2.stazione Regional trains (beside the metro for any destination) 3. Bus: you need to cross the train station to access the bus headline (line400) 4.tram: it is also the god of the park having crossed the bus stop (tram line D) With regard to supermarkets, the hotel is the practitioner The hotel, not our staff x the reception at the arrival time, is practical in check-in. When booking you receive a door code to enter and then on the input bank will only scan the qr-code received during the booking, enter the booking and take the cards made available to you The floor has a relaxing room with sofas, chairs and tables and a kitchen floor to make coffee (for payment) or wash tools. There are also drinking machines or food. In addition, you can find the room to wash your clothes, you can access through the room card (You need to download the Miele app and the rechargeable mini-bar is €20!). The apartment is silent, the only sin found was the heat air thermostat, as the recirculation was always cold even increasing the temperature and with 6 degrees outside we asked for reception assistance and the The next day, in addition to us, six apartments were set at least and therefore after the technician's place, the temperature was reversed to the winter season. NNikitaOur room (apartment for 2 adults) was very clean, beautiful and comfortable. The refrigerator wasn't turned on (we couldn't turn it on by ourselves, but actually we didnt need it) A special thing in apartment is that there is a stove. All required dishes you can ask on reception and make food by yourself.
Location is not far away from tram and underground stations (5-7 min by foot).

GGuest UserWe visited Calmo hotel the past few days.it is very well situated only a 5 minutes walk from Spittelau metro U4 metro stop.from there the city of Vienna lies in front of your feet.the room is good for 3 people and it was always cleaned and warm.the breakfast is adequate for a day of walking in Vienna.not a great variety but enough to get you going.the staff was always helpful and kind.My only disappoin**ent was the absence of a fridge in the room. Thanks to the weather we stored our refreshments outside of the window. But the pros are far more from the cons so if we would go back in Vienna we would visit the hotel again.

WWilsonThe hotel is located across Wien Hbf. It's not quite the traditional city centre of Vienna but there are buses, tramways and Metro line 1 that bring us to different tourist spots.
The hotel itself is a bit old. The sound proof of the door in the room is poor and the shower is not strong enough. The wash basin is very small as well.
