The location is good. The owner is Korean, so there is a strong appeal at the entrance. The hotel as a whole is poorly maintained, the windows are dirty, and the shared chairs and tables are broken in places. The rooftop pool has algae floating in it, so they don't want you to use it. The breakfast area is generally dirty and the food doesn't taste good. The underground parking lot fills with water when it rains. The view from the rooftop is good, with a panoramic view of the Mekong River to Thailand. The staff are neither good nor bad, and the overall level is low, but I guess that's just how it is in Laos.
