Good hotel. The service and location were great! The staff were very friendly and allowed us to check in early. They responded quickly and fixed anything we needed quickly as well. The surrounding food was amazing and many options to choose from. We will definitely be back.

I regularly stay at this hotel because of its location, which is near the bus station both international bus station and domestic station. The bus station is within the 7 minute-walking distance. I stayed in room 308. This time the television could receive Channel One-31 which I normally watch, so I did not miss the program I intended to watch. The management seem to have improve this aspect I complained about last month. However, some amenities were missing. There were no glasses for drinking water in the toilet. There was no coffee spoons provided at the mini-bar. There was only one fork for me to stir the coffee. One of the headlight bulb was out of order, no replacement was made.The hotel should have hired a professional housekeeper to train the cleaning staff. The price I paid for the room rate was rather high.

Arrived at Vientiane Airport and took the Green bus to the main bus terminal '' last stop''
5 minutes walk to the Hotel.
Pay for what you get, found the Reception very friendly and helpful, the room was average? but the bed was very comfortable. In the morning had a free breakfast, which I didn't know about.
Location was fantastic and indoor morning market opposite was very big and plenty to buy.
I would come back and stay at this Hotel again.

Stayed in the last room on the 2nd floor. The air conditioner was outside the wall, making a loud noise and making it impossible to sleep. The room was over 200, and the price/performance ratio was extremely low. I originally planned to stay for two days to visit Vientiane, but I had to flee urgently on the second day. I stayed in Vientiane for less than 20 hours in total.
