Holiday Villa Rentals in Boracay Island

Caipirinha Villa is a private villa in Diniwid Hills, near West Cove, on Boracay Island. The whole house is rented to one group at a time, so the pool, jacuzzi and living areas are yours alone. It suits family reunions, birthdays, wedding groups, company retreats and team offsites. The villa has 11 bedrooms (Room 1 to Room 11) and 14 bathrooms, and sleeps up to 20 guests. Every bedroom is en suite, with aircon, a 40-inch TV, towels, toiletries and a hairdryer. There are 7 king rooms, 3 rooms with 2 double beds, and 1 room with a double bed that's ideal for kids. Room 7 is the Master: it's on the top floor and has a walk-in closet. Rooms 1 to 8 have a balcony and view, and Room 8 is on the lower level. We also have 4 extra single mattresses and 2 baby cribs. Outside there's a 20-metre infinity pool with island views and a 6-person heated jacuzzi. Inside you'll find a billiard table, a 60-inch TV with Netflix, a music system and board games, plus a fully equipped kitchen and a large BBQ area. Wi-Fi runs at 100 Mbps in all rooms and the living area, and a 24-hour backup generator keeps everything running. A team of 7 looks after you: four in-house housekeepers who handle daily cleaning, shopping, cooking and BBQ, a van driver, a maintenance man and an office manager. Staff cook any meals on request: breakfast, lunch or dinner. They do the shopping and guests just pay the cost of ingredients. It isn't a restaurant and there are no individual plated orders, so let the staff know in advance what you'd like. The staff live in a separate staff house, so your group has the villa to itself, and they come when you ask. For teams, the dining table and lounge work well for meetings and team dinners. A van and driver are included for trips around the island. Diniwid Beach is about a 10-minute walk, and White Beach and Station 1 are a 10-minute drive. The Caticlan airport transfer is not included. Parties and events, such as birthdays and wedding cocktail parties for up to 100 guests, are possible with approval in advance. An event fee applies, and outside food and drinks are not allowed for events. Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM.
