Amazing location, friendly and accommodating staff, and beautiful rooms. Great walled city with tons of history made even better by the staff. Conscientious, friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. They provided great assistance and restaurant recommendations as well as parking assistance.

Passato una notte in questo bellissimo hotel. A due passi dal palazzo dei Papi e il centro storico di Viterbo. struttura completamente nuova e camera ampia, un ottimo materasso Queen size e con tutto il necessario (c’è anche una cucina con lavandino nascosti all’occorrenza). Pulizia e cura del cliente sono i punti di forza. Ottimo soggiorno

Clean; lucky we found this gem; special location, staff was super helpful, friendly. Rooms were very well designed and comfortable. Front desk staff went the extra mile to help us problem solve some transportation issues and could not be more helpful.
