Beware of their equipment guarantee! The lodge is beautiful, and the employee that helped was Eli. However, the problems we had made the trip not as fun as it could of been and left a sour taste. We were guaranteed side by side rentals, with an email response showing our guarantee. Upon arrival we were given several different excuses of possible delays with the rentals. We reached out to the manager Becky by voice mail, email and relaying a message through the employees. She has still not contacted us or tried to resolve the issue 8 days later. After leaving the lodge I showed a pending credit on my card, this credit remained pending for 7 days, then it was removed. Becky was trying to pull a fast one and think I would not continue to check if the credit was going to actually go through. The lodge is nice with nice rooms, just hope you never have any issue with anything while you are there. Because if you do, there is no one that will help you resolve it. I will also be contacting Brent Hill, the owner of the property, explaining in great detail how we were treated, and hope that Becky either gets more training on how to manage the property, or she is replaced with someone who can.
