Although the rooms are older facilities, they are still well maintained. It feels like I'm in an IKEA model room. The first floor is a little bit unfamiliar. You can walk to the street by opening your own door. It's OK if you like to bask in the sun. There are tables and stools, but it is open, leading to the green belt on the roadside, and then through the green belt to the road.

Booked a total of 6 rooms. 3pax per room.
Check in was tad slow, still need to fill up forms etc when all booking were done online.
Rooms were good size, there's washer/dryer in laundry room for guests to use. A big kitchen near laundry room where you can prep your meals.
Ample parking.
