Beautiful and clean from lobby to elevator, to hallway to room and bathroom. Beautiful colors. Comfortable beds, lots of storage. The only thing missing was the fridge and some of the ceiling lights didn't work. It was a great stay.

I booked a 2 nights stay, reserved a 2 queens size bedroom. Check-in process was smooth, took about 5 minutes. Instead of a 2 queen size bedroom I was assigned a 1 king size bedroom. As we open the door an unpleasant smell was notified. That was not a good sign. Out of curiosity I checked the bed and found a hair strand. I smelled 3 of the pillows on the bed and either they were not washed or someone was resting on them. I headed to the front desk and Bryant was very nice. He was able to provide us with a 2 queen size bedroom. That room was nicer than the previous one, at least odor wise. The night we check-in we just didn’t had the time to go over everything in the room. Next morning, oh my! A dead mosquito right next to the reading light(computer desk). Fitted sheet on one of the beds had a 1” hole. Sofa was dirty even smell like canine. Filthy and stained desk chair. Corners were filthy. Mirror was not even clean. Tub spout was broken, loose. Siding of the blackout curtain was broken, it was left right next to the closet. Unable to fully appreciate blackout curtain since light filter in. Please see photos provided. I requested to speak to a manager and seems she was not available. In addition, no rooms were available since they were fully booked. According to them since I booked through a third party I was advised to contact the company I booked my hotel with. It’s a first to hear this. The hotel is located in a nice community, near various shopping centers. Plenty of parking. Front Desk staff was friendly and courteous. Gym and pool were decent. Housekeeping is horrible. Honestly I don’t think they really clean the rooms as they should. The times I encounter the housekeeping start either they were very entertained with their music or had some type of attitude towards the guests. Very unprofessional. It was my first and last time visiting this location. Rooms are falling apart due to poor maintenance. Not worth your money.

The room was comfortable. The 'breakfast' was awful. The coffee urn was left unattended and empty, the orange juice was so diluted that it was barely orange and the only fresh fruit available were whole oranges which could not be cut with the plasticware available. There was barely a bowl of oatmeal remaining in the container. This was at 8:30 in the morning. The 'clerk' seated at the desk was buried in her phone and, thus, oblivious. After our day out, we returned to find puddles on the floor of the lobby from the indoor pool and, again, the person paid to act as a clerk, was too involved with her phone to address the obvious slip-hazard. All of this for more than $140.00/night.

Nice rooms and new building but hotel is terribly understaffed. No one at front desk at night. No one answers phones. Housekeeping only every other day, and even then not always. Missing towels and other supplies. Cleaning is haphazard and incomplete. Staff that is present is overworked and often annoyed at being contacted. Breakfast bar is not refilled, so if you’re not up first, you’re out of luck.

A great hotel. The rooms were well equipped. The staff was friendly and helpful. Had a nice breakfast with great variety Qyinton the desk clerk was very helpful and we took his suggestions and had a lovel Italian dinner at an Italian restaurant Would definitely recommend this hotel

Spent 3 nights here while visiting our daughter who lives in Jamison. The hotel was located in a pretty convenient area for us. Room was clean and ready for us a little earlier than expected. Only real complaint was the comfort level of the beds. I did not get a lot of sleep because they were so uncomfortable. Woke up most mornings with back and neck pain. If not for this, it would’ve been a great stay.
