It's my second visit here in Sukabumi. Last time I've stayed in Horison. It was my worst experience ever, nonetheless the GM Mr Charlie Budiman is a very arrogant and has zero positive attitude. However, what Sparks Odeon did for me have recovered and healed the painful experience I had. This is really personal and I would give six stars for the extra mile services they provide. From the ladies at the counter who really love their job as I can see they are friendly, courteous and always greet with an extra smile. The guys are full of energy, positivism and they too are very nice. The Front Desk Manager is a great man and has potentially shows friendly leadership. It doesn't need to be luxurious or expensive to get amazing services. My biggest recognition of what I've noticed are the housekeepers. I inspect every inch of my room normally when I come back from outside and every single day my room is fresh, cleaned up nicely, I can tell they cleaned the bathroom very well. The tables are wiped nicely. The spark up my room that i felt so comforting that I need to extend two more nights here. I still have a few more nights, but and I'm still enjoying everyday of my hotel stay. Thank you so much for everyone and keep up the excellent services.
