Had trouble with reservation once we arrived, but once issue was resolved , everything was great . The only other issue was seeing several wolf spiders in the suite. Which I killed.

Very noisy internally at the property with other guests arriving to their property. Spiders inside the property.

We liked our 1 bedroom but we ran out of supplies and staff told us paper towels and dish soap were unavailable. Really? Then the supply cabinet went missing so couldn’t get anymore laundry detergent pods or fresh towels. That was super weird.

When I got there, I couldn’t get into my room. It took a 30 minute call for them to get me another room. Apparently someone trashed my original room. Then they SOLD THE BUILDING to another company and I couldn’t get into my room. The same day someone slashed one of my tires. Coincidence? Avoid at all costs.

The hotel had changed hands from being a Sondor to Placemakr. Sondor emailed me about the change and told me to expect an email from Placemakr about the change. No email was ever received. On arrival at the hotel we found a door with a keypad and sign saying to call this number. When we called the number it told us we were outside of opening hours and would have to call back. When we eventually got someones attentionthe check in process took at least 45 minutes as the wrong name was on the reservation. When we finally arrived at our room we found it clean ish, but with food stains up the walls and a large amount of pet hair on the floor. We quickly decided we wouldn't be using the hotel again.

It’s a pad key to get into the room and other people have the codes beware. It’s under new ownership and security does a lack job of keeping the property safe. Someone used the keypad on my employees room and stole their food out of the fridge while he was in the shower. They did nothing about it or even offered a refund. I book about 200 hotel rooms a year and have never had this experience before in my life pretty disappointed in this property, especially and how they reacted to the whole situation. My employee spent the night with his door barricaded.

Comfortable and spacious.

No parking unless its over a mile away. Local parking is only 2 hours. Dont come here with a car.
