環境挺好的

The room is in good condition. We brought our children and upgraded the room type. The hotel is not crowded and the stay is comfortable. However, eating is not very convenient.

Advantages: The water temperature of the hot spring pool is good, there are many props for children to play, the afternoon tea is good, and the location of the hot spring is good. Disadvantages: I have stayed in so many hotels, and the staff is the worst, especially the staff in the East District lobby. Two things: 1: The elderly in the family accidentally fell down, and no one came to ask about the situation. The elderly had a big bump on his head due to the fall. He went to the front desk to explain the situation and asked if there was any cleaning oil. The front desk said no expressionlessly. When asked if there was Yunnan Baiyao, he didn't say that someone would bring it in a while. After waiting for 10 minutes, it didn't come. We went to connect the photos of the county's third hospital by ourselves. During this period, no staff at the front desk or lobby cared about it or even looked at it. It was simply indifferent to human nature. 2: The room we stayed in at night was a twin room on the 3rd floor. At night, there was a strange sound at the door of the room, and it would change frequency. Because it was too late and there were children, I didn't find the customer service. In the morning, I went to the front desk to play the video for them, but they didn't care at all and didn't say a word. This is the situation of a hotel with a room of 970 per night, and the way the staff work and deal with problems. It's called that they didn't handle it at all, and they can't even be the owner of a farmhouse. I advise everyone to go there with the attitude that there won't be any problems. If you have any problems and want to get a general attitude, don't go to this hotel.
