hotel is volledig vernieuwd ; fotos op tripadvisor zijn al zeer oud! hotel is zeer netjes en heeft uitstekend ontbijt , prive parking en ligt vlak bij de duinen. zeer vriendelijke eigenaar en prijs kwaliteit beste wat ik al heb gehad aan de kust

Booked 3 rooms at this hotel. Tried to amend booking to 2 rooms. This was completely impossible to do. The whole booking got cancelled. Despite being informed that I would not be charged due to the error in cancelling the booking, the hotel went ahead and charged anyway. It took several weeks to get the money returned with the help of my credit card company and throughout the hotel did not answer their phone or respond to messages. I found another hotel to stay that was very pleasant and I am so glad now that I did not end up at the Westendia.

Heel vriendelijk onthaal door een heel lieve dame, konden achteraan gratis parkeren bij onze kamer ( mét terras ) . Zeer ruime propere kamer met tv, koffiemachine én frigo! Een aanrader voor iedereen.

The owner is an uncouth, angry and dishonest man. I messaged him beforehand that we are unvaccinated, he ignored the message, then took our money and when we arrived he told us that we could not stay and that he would not refund the money.
