Hotel was conveniently located for what we needed it for. Although the room was modern and spacious the dusting of fixtures and fittings left a lot to be desired and it was clear that lampshades etc were thick with dust. Not good for us suffering with allergies.

Hawkstone Park Hotel is a nice hotel, but underwhelming for the cost. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly, the restaurant staff helpful and attentive. Our room was comfortable and clean with a fairly modern bathroom and tea and coffee making facilities. The hairdryer did not work however this wasn’t an issue for us. The room was hot and stuffy as the windows did not open and there was no air conditioning - the hotel has tried to resolve this with a desk fan. The wifi connection was poor, although this could be to do with us being at the end of the annex building. Dinner in the restaurant was nice but overpriced and the breakfast was good. We did feel, however, that the ambience of the restaurant was let down by a certain large group of guests staying that weekend which is no fault of the hotel. Overall, an average stay.

We arrived a party of ten. The staff experience started at reception where we were made to feel so welcome . Nothing was too much trouble. We were very happy with our rooms. Although, due to traffic we arrived much later than we’d hoped to, after going to our rooms to freshen up, we were taken to our table. Again, nothing was too much trouble and we were able to choose for a good varied menu. If I have one criticism it is the website says games room but it is for the golfers use or so the children were told by the golfers! . Perhaps there could be a games room for children, with maybe table tennis and snooker table? However, there were grounds for them to run off energy. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were very attentive. I would definitely stay again.

We spent my Lady Captains Golf trip at Hawkstone Park 2 nights 3 rounds of golf - both courses were in excely condition and a delight to play Everything was superb The hotel and golf facilities were excellent The food was amazing- as was the service Perfect location and facilities for a great trip

I was a member of a golf society and found the whole package to be excellent! The staff efficient and friendly, the room was very good and the standard of food also very good. I have been on many golf/hotel breaks and had some pretty awful experiences. This however was superb and would not hesitate to recommend it!

The hotel is good, we were a bit out of season, but for a large family event it fitted our purpose well. I write a review because of the exceptional staff. I would particularly highlight the head of the reception team. She went above and beyond the call of duty to make us feel welcome and ensure all went well.

Small rooms, TV didn't work, kettle didn't work. Noisy, no hot water. Contacted re GF issues, quick response. However nothing filtered through so ended up ill. Parking good. Staff friendly but ineffectual. Breakfast watered down juice, waiting for plates. Pretty setting but lets itself down.

We stayed for 1 night for a Valentine’s offer which included the room, 3 course dinner, breakfast, afternoon tea and a complementary access to the Follies. Our experience was wonderful, the staff were so friendly and welcoming, dinner and breakfast were very good, but were surpassed by the afternoon tea which was excellent. The room was also very nice, I would suggest this is more 4 Star in reality, despite a current 3 Star rating. We look forward to returning.
