Air conditioner would only cool to 86 & on a 95 degree day that's unacceptable. And they were all booked

I checked in, per reservation, paid for 3 nights then went to my room. 7 minutes later, checked out. Roach was crawling on wall above bed. The hotel would NOT refund my money. I paid for 3 night stay, stayed 7 minutes, they kept my money. VERY poor management.

Definitely needs fresh paint, bedding, and fixtures. The lady who checked me in wasn’t very friendly. Some sketchy activity in the parking lot when we first arrived. Thank goodness I bring a fan cause it was load from traffic & planes. It served its purpose which was just a place to crash for the night. Ice machine broken
