Charge too much extra when you arrive in this hotel. Should have all the charge when we booked

Initial thought is the resort is beautiful. Staff is friendly, helpful and quick to respond. The room was beautiful, modern and spacious. Waterpark itself is okay for me, I've been to better. The spa is really small but I wanted my husband to experience his 1st spa, so for him it was the best and didnt want to leave. The massage therapist was immaculate. Food and drinks were okay. Tried to kayak but motor was down on their boat so couldn't do any of the lake activities per staff just incase someone gets lost they wont be able to come get you. Con of the trip was not knowing when you get there you'll pay additional parking and resort fee plus deposit. No lake activities except fishing at the pier. Overall it was a good 1st time experience there.

This was definitely a family friendly resort and the staff was lovely. However, the rooms are not super clean and could use some maintenance. Getting around the property is very confusing. It is a maze with every building and hallway looking exactly the same. You never really know if you are on the correct elevator. I ran into several adults who were lost, including myself almost daily! It was Easter week so chairs were very hard to come by at the water park. I had to put my 80 year old Mom at a chair at the pool restaurant without an umbrella. People were putting towels on the mulch to find a place to sit. Reserving chairs is the way to go if you can do it on busy weeks.

The place was beautiful front desk was amazing have to go to witza cause she’s amazing very helpful very detailed and professional I would definitely come back the view was out of this world there’s no need to go anywhere because they have so much stuff they have scheduled activities everyday for kids and adults other parks are not far they have Uber on standby if you don’t want to use your app they take you and wait and bring you back for one set price very affordable

A few things about this condo. Generally in good condition, however a few items that need attention, the door handle to washroom kept coming off, shelving in the fridge was broke, faucet in the shower hard to adjust, and tub was rusty. No extra toiletries, paper towels. Short on towels and face clothes. No service until 5 days in! Water park is not as big as it is advertised, which I’m not complaining, good size that you let your children go on and play!
