River Road Motel

I arrived an hour after (the office) closing hour but the young lady was very understanding and helpful and got me settled. The room was large, clean and comfortable! Great value, BTW!

The women that checked me in was great. Very helpful. The room was good for the night.

We had everything we needed. The girl at the desk was amazing. Very quick to bring us extra towels when we needed them. And every time she saw us she’d ask if we were enjoying our stay and if we needed anything. We also needed a late check out and she was able to do that for us.

I booked river road mote through ******* for 2 days and come to find out ******* over booked us. Got to the hotel the lady told us she had no rooms and that ******* over booked us found a different hotel after and done suppoting *******.

Staff was very friendly and professional

We stayed here before and it was awful. But the new management has improved things alot. Clean and quiet stay. Only a couple of suggestions. If you have a coffee maker in the room you need to provide cups coffe sugar etc also need to put water cups in too. Was very pleased with our stay. Will stay again. Thank you

Bottom lock on door didnt work correctly. Found myself an 3 yr old granddaughter locked out when returning to room. Office door locked and no answer (around 5 pm). Tried calling and left message. Eventually able to get back in room. Then noticed over half the vertical blinds were missing. Could not get a hold of anyone in office and left another message. ended up covering the window with a blanket so people couldnt see in. Realized i got charged for someone else's room as well as my own. Finally, after numerous attempts to talk to someone in the office about it, i was told she would look into it and have it reversed. Seemed more concerned "the other person didnt pay and she would be in trouble then the fact i was charged for some one elses stay". Not optimistic charge will be corrected by them. Told her i covered window with blanket and was told " yeah thats what i do" and that she was working on getting all blinds replaced. Overall place was clean and for price i didnt expect much, but charge correctly and answer office door and phone calls please. At least return calls in a timely manner.
