前台大廳接待個別人員態度極差，本來這晚住的感覺還行，接着晚上又來訂了一晚，結果房間燈不亮，暗的不行，找前台，結果前台説能住就住，不能住就退！！果斷選擇退了，以前每次來都是住着，感覺以後不會了！！
