1.床單被套未換新，一股煙味和體味的融合味
2.房間大門，房間裏面床頭，鏡子等至少五處貼着“囍”字，推斷是有人作為新婚房間用未恢復和打掃就向外發售
3.房間設施完全是招待所風格
4.房屋為自家自建三層樓房，有安全隱患
5.性價比差，與所售價格不符
6.衞生差，一樓前台後是自傢俬用的房間，很臟很亂
