1.我去辦入住，前台跟我説沒有找到我的訂單，來回換了幾個人過來查找訂單，都説沒找到。雖然做前台門檻不高，但是也不能這麼隨便吧，請問是沒有培訓過嗎？2.好不容易辦完入住，我準備刷卡進房間，結果門卡失效。我忍着脾氣下去問前台，前台告訴我説這張卡不能刷房門，衹能刷電梯，最後又給了我一張衹能刷房門，不能刷電梯的卡，讓我結合在一起用😂，真的是無語死了，想着前台都是些小孩子，我也懶得計較了。3.我房間的門損壞的很嚴重，有被撬過的痕跡。前台給我的解釋是門鎖經常失效，有的時候就會撬開。連門鎖和房卡都處理不好，還開什麼酒店。4.晚上太吵了，真的巨吵，帶着耳機也沒用，不知道是哪裡的聲音，誰住誰後悔

房間衞生很是差勁，到處都是毛髮，衞生間有異味。服務態度一般，業務很是不熟練，辦理入住速度很慢，設施也不是很完善，床頭的夜燈兩個都不亮。
