十一國慶入住這家酒店（在景區裏面）在十里芳堤入口，景區工作人員説我的車牌未報備，我聯繫酒店前台，前台告知已經報備，兩人在那扯皮。感覺這家酒店和景區內部有矛盾，當時還沒在意。最後總算進入景區，房間剛進入感覺蠻乾淨的，入住的是3011房間，第二天起來在廁所發現兩衹蜈蚣，有點嚇人，本來想拍照評論的，但是想想住在山林裏難免有些蟲子，但是讓我忍不了的是，第二天早上我開車準備在景區裏面逛下的時候，車竟然被景區管理員攔住，又跟我説車輛沒有報備，我無語了！再次聯繫酒店前台，給我的回覆是不應該啊，其他車輛可以進的，僅此而已。氣的我直接開車出了景區。感覺景區內部管理混亂。

衹能説期待大於現實，最多算有點特色，並不推薦。前台服務一般，忙着招待生意，沒有耐心為客户提供更多解決問題的方案。本來是為了看中秋煙花訂的酒店，但實際位置比櫻花山莊要偏一公里路程，房費還不比櫻花山莊便宜。住宿環境就一言難盡了，根本不適合親子，山裡蚊子多得要死，女兒被咬了好幾口。隔音還特別差，外面和隔壁的聲音聽得一清二楚。衞生間和房間沒有門或者簾子遮擋，衞生間的頂部又是玻璃（落滿枯枝爛葉）早上我是被光照亮醒了，後又被噪音吵得不能再入睡。體驗真的挺不好，所以才第一次寫下這麼多評價。

房間陽台有不少蟲子屍體，地板上有很多灰。工作人員服務態度敷衍，感覺徒有其表。

如果想到黿頭渚旅行，不建議住這家，因為服務差強人意，從幾天前就和她們聯繫，但是當你抵達的時候，臨時接待的服務員卻一問三不知！如果是200元的普通民宿的費用也就忍忍算了，但是一間房要收600，市裡其他四星五星的酒店也就這個價格了，服務比這裏強百倍。哦，對了，為什麼臨時服務員什麼都不知道，人家説所有人忙着去市裡接待領導了。。。
