Excellent location near the drum and bell towers and close to metro. Lots of great street food nearby! Stunning terrace with view of drum tower, beautiful during the day and at night! Arrived at 1am and the helpful staff at reception offered us a free breakfast. Food wasn’t that great for western options and probably would have been disappointed if I had paid for it but a lovely gesture from the staff. Coffee was good!! Room was clean and spacious with good AC. Would stay here again!!

The front desk staff was super helpful and friendly. They were able to speak some English and had translation apps ready when they couldn’t. The rooms were clean and nice. The coffee and breakfast was good. It was a nice location not too busy and loud. There was a school next door but you didn’t hear it which is great. The sitting area was very cute and cozy.

The geographical location is very good, very close to the subway exit travel is also very convenient, breakfast types are complete staff are also very enthusiastic, the only bad point is that the bar next door is very noisy affect rest, but the next day the front desk staff to free upgrade to change the room, overall is still very good!

Ibis hotels are good and this one is also good ☺️ Free water, tea, breakfast is absolutely amazing yummy 😋 😋 People on the reception were helpful. They give you money back for the taxi from Xi'an north, this station itself is just 10 mins far from the hotel (by car). [Don't try to walk there, by Google maps you will not find it. Dear hotel, adjust your location on Google maps] Unfortunately, i had really bad smell of sigarrets from the room nearby, it was very heavy... You shouldn't allow ppl smoke near the rooms with non smoking people.

The hotel has a good environment and a good location. You can take the subway line 2 and line 6 and take the bus. The subway is very convenient. The hotel room is spacious and bright, clean and hygienic with no odor. The sound insulation effect is also good. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful. I am very satisfied with this stay. I will stay at Oujiesi Hotel H again when I come to Xi'an.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Xi'an and overall had a good experience, although there were a few hiccups at the beginning of our stay. Upon arrival, we found that there was no assistance provided beyond the usual passport verification during the check-in process. We were simply given our room key and left to find our own way to the room. To our disappointment, upon entering the room, we discovered a blood stain on the bed. This was obviously unacceptable and made our stay quite uncomfortable. Due to language difficulties and the late hour of our check-in, we improvised by placing large towels on the bed. The following morning, we reported the issues with the check-in process and the unsatisfactory room condition to the manager. The manager, Sabrina, was very apologetic and quickly arranged for us to be moved to a cleaner room. Additionally, as a gesture of goodwill, they gifted us a bottle of wine and some fruits. Sabrina went above and beyond to ensure that we had a pleasant and enjoyable holiday at the Sheraton Xi'an. The room service was efficient, and the prices were reasonable. The staff members were welcoming and friendly, creating a warm atmosphere throughout our stay. We would like to suggest that Sheraton pays attention to addressing these small hiccups, as mentioned above. Despite the initial issues, we ultimately had a positive experience and enjoyed our stay. Had a good stay here. Room is very big for its price..bed is super cozy. Shower has strong pressure. Airconditioner is working nicely too. Location is ok too, its near the subway station and near the Xian wall. Breakfast is also abundant, mostly vegetables with a few meat dishes. Downside for breakfast is that there's no coffee, but its okay as there are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Right beside the hotel is also a convenience store. Tv has no english channels, but it is a smart Tv. Wifi is strong in the room. One small downside was that there was some smell of cigarette on one evening. I think it was coming out from outside of our room. But it was only for a short time, luckily did not bother us that much. Overall I would recommend this hotel. Value for money.

We had a great four day stay at Eastern House. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Location is ideal and one can walked to most famous sites. Subway is less than a 10 minute away by foot. Hotel staffs were all helpful, particularly the kitchen staff at the restaurants where we had our daily breakfast. Ms Yin (尹改利）and her wonderful kitchen staff were lovely people who helped our elderly friend a great deal. They carried her plate of food to the table and assisting whenever needs arose. Breakfast was delicious and has both western and Chinese items. It was a great way to start the day.

The hotel is conveniently located within the city walls, with close proximity to restaurants and convenience stores. But the standout feature is the staff. They're extremely kind and helpful. There's also a free laundry machine (and detergent and dryer as well) for guests to use. Would definitely stay here again!

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel is situated at the heart of the city, just next to the 广濟街Metro station. The famous Bell Tower is about 1 km away. The personnel is excellent, very friendly and helpful. I specially would like to thank mr Liu (刘浩) and Ms Wang (王文彤). I have asked them many questions and they are very helpful and enthuasiastic. The room is large and clean and quiet. I like the hotel but it's the people working there who made the most impression on me. A nice experience, a nice memory. Thank you Merlinhod.
