酒店環境優雅，窗外就是園林，走廊靠湖。賓館佔地面積很大，酒店設在公園裡。衞生乾淨整潔，前台客服熱情，服務周到。有求必應。賓館年數長了，設施陳舊。

就在古城邊。房間超大，環境超讚。晚上夜景好。之前還在跟朋友説，跟老君山山頂上住的那一晚比起來，住這裏太幸福了。呵呵。。。附近吃東西有點不太方便。其它還可以。推薦入住

南湖賓館的位置出行極其方便，到襄陽古城、襄王府、管家巷等步行可達。南湖賓館很美，古城牆、護城河與南湖賓館的幾個樓有機的結合，形成一個偌大的園林、花園環境，鬧中取靜。早餐精緻、可口，尤其是牛肉麪很好吃。前台、餐廳服務周到、貼心。住在南湖賓館是一個很好的體驗。
