Xianyang Hotels with Airport pickup service

The receptionists and hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. We ran out of drinking water and they already send new bottles of water to our room. The hotel indoor swimming pool was really long. The hot spring room is not that large but adequate. There were not many people when we were using it . Buffet breakfast was very good with lots of juices and choices. However, the buffet dinner was nothing special.

My husband and I, two elderlies, stayed for two nights in this hotel after we completed a 10-day tour with our friends in Xian and Xianyang, cos we had failed to book the direct flight back to Hong Kong on the day the tour ended. We chose this hotel simply because at time of booking we knew not if there was anymore place in Xian for us to go after our tour, hence we thought the hotel's free shuttle service to the airport would be beneficial to us, plus the hotel rate was attractive. In the end it is truly unexpected that with only around HKD830 we paid for two nights, we had come to a hotel with such good amenities and services provided ! The hotel is located in a newly developed district, about 10 mins drive from the airport. Its location is not attractive, but the small community nearby offers banking service, a small supermarket and sufficient choices of small eating venues. The hotel lobby is stylishly furnished, the hotel room is clean and newly furbished, and the bathroom amenities are excellent (with electronic bidet installed). The free buffet breakfast is good with choices of freshly prepared noodles as ordered. A cup of Americano can be picked up from the Reception free of charge at anytime of the day. In the evening the hotel also offers a simple light meal which can be brought up to the room for enjoyment. On our second day of stay, we chose to go to Dayan Pagoda which we hadn't been visited in our group tour. The staff was so very helpful as in providing us with all the directions in WeChat how we could travel by underground from airport to go there, and thereafter how we could contact them from airport for their pickup service on our return (on the condition that we had no local phone number and no wifi installed in our mobiles!). All in all we are truly grateful to all the staff, including the driver, who had helped us so much during our stay in this small lovely hotel. It is truly a good hotel in terms of its value!

Environment: Very good Service: Very good Roujiamo is delicious, Shaanxi cold noodles are delicious, Shaozi noodles are delicious, persimmons are delicious, I like every dish I eat, I went to the city wall, the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, the Mausoleum of Qin Shihuang, the Shaanxi History Museum, the Forest of Steles, the Tang Dynasty City that Never Sleeps, took pictures of Tang suits, went to Muslim Street, and went to Huashan... I regret not buying persimmons and pomegranates, Xi'an is very good, I will come next time

The hotel is conveniently located, surrounded by subway, next to the highway, convenient transfer free pick-up and drop-off, free parking. The concierge at the door enthusiastically helped to pull the luggage. The lobby was also very fragrant and the decoration was good. There were robots in the lobby on the first floor. The overall style was warm and gave people a comfortable feeling. The young lady who checked in at the front desk was also very enthusiastic, the check-in speed was fast, the staff were very polite and very warm to say hello to you, the hotel facilities were quite complete, there was a free gym, laundry room, morning and afternoon tea and business district for easy office. The hotel also has a variety of room types to choose to stay, but also suitable for different people; the room is clean and tidy, the interior is smart room control, smart toilet, bedding is also good, and buckwheat pillows are provided, suitable for people with bad shoulders and necks; The aunt who cleans the room will also help fold the clothes and wash the clothes, which is very good; the breakfast on the second floor is also a wide variety, clean and tastes good; when I checked out the next day, Xiaoyue at the front desk also helped me to make an appointment to the airport. The service was very warm. Although the check-in time is short, the hotel's complete facilities and comprehensive service have a great experience. Overall cost-effective recommended stay 😁😁

A clean comfortable hotel with friendly staff. The hotel provides a free (comfortable!) shuttle service to the nearby Xi'an International Airport. (Surprisingly, even though I had a very early flight, there was no problem getting on a shuttle that left the hotel at 04:00!) In advance if my stay, I had a package sent to this hotel via an express service, and they managed that perfectly, even proactively contacting me to inform me when it was delivered! Although it is not right in town, there is a nice informal restaurant quite close, as well as a large convenience store! Due to its lication close to the airport, and not far from the Xianyang train stations, this Is a perfect ”exit” hotel if you are leaving the Xi'an area. I would definitely stay here again!

The room is very beautiful at first glance. The overall hygiene is okay. The carpet in the room affects the overall feel. It is recommended to replace it. The breakfast is average. The parking service staff is very helpful. If you drive there on the same day, it is very convenient for you to park and pick up the car. The service is okay. The morning shift is 9.2 The chef is very enthusiastic, the details are in place, and the experience is great. It’s still worth recommending. During the event season, you can take a walk by the river. It’s just across the road.

The boss who came to the accommodation this time was very enthusiastic. We arrived very late. He also brought us luggage and said that there is still something to play. It is really good. I will choose this store next time I come to play.

When I arrived at the plane in the early morning, I found a nearby hotel online to make do for one night. The pick-up was very fast and I just got out of the station. The appearance of the house looks a bit shabby, and there is a hole in it. The decoration is very beautiful and the overall is very good. Of course, there are inevitably some minor problems, such as a little scale in the bathroom door, but for this price, the price is already very good. I will choose this one for night flights in the future.

There is a shuttle bus between the terminal and the airport. When you arrive at the airport, call and the driver will pick you up. When you arrive at the hotel, the front desk will ask you if you need to be sent to the airport when you check in, and there will be a wake-up call in the morning. If the departure time is earlier than breakfast, they will also prepare a portable breakfast. Recommended for friends who need to get up early and arrive late.
