Hotel location is good, there are many delicious nearby; facilities are also relatively complete, but there is no paper, there is a roll of paper in the bathroom, there is no rubber slippers; sanitary conditions need to be improved, there is hair on the bathroom floor, there are stains on the sheets; staff service attitude is very good.

Back to my alma mater, everything is so familiar. It's my first time staying in the South Campus apartment. When I wake up in the morning, the birds are singing and the sweet-scented osmanthus is fragrant. The front desk service is thoughtful and enthusiastic. I will stay here when I come back.

Everything is very good. There is a refrigerator and washing machine, which is very convenient. There are also cooking utensils (but I didn't use them). There is a lot of space. There are also many delicious restaurants nearby. It is not far from Weihe Park. The only thing is that the towels are a little scratched and need to be replaced with new ones.

As soon as you enter the hotel door, you can smell a light fragrance, and the music is also very beautiful and unique. I also like the decoration style. Yuanyuan at the front desk was very enthusiastic and prompt when checking in. She also carefully arranged a room with good lighting for me. SsnbwysThe hotel service is very good, and the free pick-up and drop-off service is great. I was picked up as soon as I came out of the airport. I was sent to the airport on the hour in the morning and a simple breakfast was provided (the room I booked did not come with breakfast)! The hotel service is also very good. Zhenzhen’s service attitude is very good, her explanations are very clear, and she also provides homemade drinks when you arrive at the hotel! like! !

JJeffrey SingaporeThis is a modern, clean and smart hotel. All facilities are new and there is some sort of smart element integrated in it. Found a book written by the owner of this hotel, 季琦 inside my room. I was so attracted by this book and continued to read it until 2am. Only realised the owner of Mercure Hotel is actually the boss of 如家 and 锦江之星 which I had stayed before when I worked in different city of China. His story of starting a few successful businesses in hospitality industry is truly amazing.
Not to forget to mention about the staffs in Mercure Hotel, the customer service girl really treats her guests like a boss, very helpful in helping me resolve my WiFi setting issue.
The only inconvenience I found the hotel is quite far from XuanYang city centre, where I can find a lot of nice food there. But it is really convenient for travellers as it is near the airport and the hotel provides free pick up service from and to the airport.

GGuest UserI arrived at the hotel at 1:30 a.m. on the 12th and called the pick-up driver. The driver responded immediately with ”warm greetings and help to pick up the boxes. I didn't feel tired at all in the middle of the night. The lady at the reception desk also greeted me kindly. She even helped me if I accidentally broke something on the way.” The problem was solved. I had a full nap at noon. The lady at the counter, Yuanyuan Xiaoxiang, called us responsibly to remind us of the pick-up time. The master who took us to and from the airport on the bus was very serious and responsible in handling everyone's luggage. The service is really 100%. I can't say enough. The staff's internal atmosphere is great and we feel the warmth between people. We will definitely stay here again next time!

Last year, as a hotel open, accommodations are state-of-the-art. clean. All staffs are the best kind attitude.
I was offended by the news that Executive's lounge and dinner buffet were not available when I checked in, but the staff's interest and response to us throughout the hotel led to my satisfaction to the best.
I especially thank to Mr.Martin Sun of the restaurant team. Although I couldn't eat dinner buffet, I was able to have a much more satisfactory meal. Also thank you to the desk staff Cloy. She always asked us if we had any inconvenience and was interested. One thing I regret about this hotel is that I wish there was a swimming pool.

Auto light up the bottom of the bed when you get up. Auto light up the toilet bowl when you enter the bathroom at night & auto flush.. super good!!

The location of the homestay is also very convenient, allowing me to easily explore the surrounding scenery and food. What touched me most was the warmth and thoughtfulness of the owner of the hotel. They not only provided detailed travel advice, but also made me feel the enthusiasm and kindness of the locals in Yuanjia Village. This trip is more perfect because of this homestay. CChing ChuanThe capsule hotel is located just beside arrival side of Terminal 3 Xisnyang Airport, which is nice as I could immediately take my rest as I arrived at 12.30am. The capsule is clean and smell nice. There are soft and hard pillow with blanket. You can adjust the aircon fan speed and reading light. It's quiet as most people go there for nap or sleep before they move on with their journey.

HHendruStay in this hotel for next day flight. This hotel is clean, staff very kind, located at in front of T1, but when i am stayed, T1 is not operation yet. So, there is no direct access to T1. I need to going outside from T2 and walking along street to reach hotel. I doesnt know if hotel have shuttle bus or something, i am using taxi on the flight day to reach T3.
