別墅裏太多蚊蟲，蚊子就不説了，房間很大一個蜘蛛網，正好對着床頭，蜘蛛感覺隨時要掉下來一樣，睡了一覺起床，整個樓梯和花園和廁所鋪滿還爬着的白蟻，看的人頭皮發麻

服務有限，配套不齊全，便利店都沒有，自動售賣機挺隨機，付款收不到東西找前台人工都沒用，態度敷衍。未得到處理結果

國內外旅遊這麼多次，第一次在這種價位的酒店被無語到。住下來發現所有遇到的員工無一有服務意識，連基本的問好都沒有，剛到店辦理入住的時候前台沒一個專業的就算了態度還十分不知所謂！我也是客家人啊當著我的麪用客家話議論客人真的好嗎呵呵🙂酒店失誤衹言片語的道歉也沒。等了半天終於拿到房卡全程沒有一個人引領更別提帶領（訂的別墅區）問就是自己加微信問…環境很好，但是不知道員工究竟有沒有培訓咯

室外無限次温泉:體驗非常棒，服務員都很熱情。主動送上薑茶毛巾。
環境：很幽美！
設施：體驗很棒，玩樂設備都能正常開啟，孩子玩得很開心。水療按摩都能使用。

天公不造美，去的時候一直下雨，天氣很冷，服務員打掃衞生到下午4點才能辦理入住，然後進入房間的時候，味道很不好，好像尿騷味一樣，一直開着排氣扇也是有味道，真的很鬱悶。。。。。。本來滿懷期待帶着家人一起去玩，結果真的很鬱悶
