床墊子真的很硬 ，枕頭沒有支撐點，枕一個太低，枕兩個太高。還有房間設計很迷，椅子卡在那裡衹能是個擺設，衹能看，沒有用

酒店服務人員很好，房間又大又寬敞床十分暖和，衞生乾淨，衞生間都是一次性的用品，用起來十分放心，性價比特別高，出來旅遊，在網上參考的價錢選了這家酒店，住的很舒服，服務很熱情，辦理入住十分方便快捷，不知道位置詢問前台，前台也十分熱情，整體來説非常不錯

孩子中考，事前打過電話詢問酒店距離十九中有多遠，酒店説距離南校區一個路口距離北校區兩個路口説北校區有點遠也就九百多米，首頁上也寫着就九百多米，我不知道是手機的問題還是不識數，入住當天我們從孩子考點走到酒店需要兩公里，酒店前台態度極差（入住時黑着臉搞的跟欠人錢了一樣），前台衹會推卸責任説可以退掉中考訂房的人不多，期間多次打斷我説話，我們期間有找其他酒店離的近的都被訂完了，無奈衹能住哪裡，這完全是屬於欺騙消費者，我都不知道這服務態度的人是怎麼被招來幹服務行業的！
