We had a few misunderstandings with the reception staff, since no one spoke English properly and we couldn’t speak Chinese, still they mixed up a few things. They made processes, such as a later check in than expected and paying, more difficult than they should have been. However, the room was nice and clean, looked like in the pictures. The food from the room service was already cold, apart from that alright. Breakfast was really good and the staff there was super friendly and helpful. Laundry service was worth the price, as it was really good as well.

Overall, the hotel is more comfortable! Have your own parking lot, parking is very convenient! The beauty service at the front desk is superb! The room is also relatively spacious and clean! The big bed room in this hotel is a one-person stay by default, and 1 bath towel is provided. If you need it again, you have to call, but the toiletries, slippers, and pillows are all double configurations.
