新酒店，對面大龍湖附，一定住湖景房，特別開闊
位置：新區，環境好，遠離市中心，很安靜
房間：非常好 很滿意 床和沙發很舒服
服務：行政酒廊和餐廳男服務員特別好 早餐贊
周邊：三衹羊燒烤 泰式按摩很讚的
待提高：成為真正五星級 還得多努力
客房服務：收拾的可以再細緻些 抹布落在房間裏 …
前台服務：行政酒廊有下午茶 但不足以吃飽…後半句就可以不説了 想讓介紹一下景點 讓看後面地圖 如果能把去哪裡玩介紹的清楚 這酒店的客人會更多臨退房的時候 看到一位系這領結的高個子先生 給我講了很多去哪裡玩 為啥第一天沒有碰到他😄
一句話總結：特別滿意的酒店，會再來！

感謝Suzy,Shel和April 的優質服務，免費升級豪華湖景大床房。房間超級乾淨舒適温馨，窗外大龍湖一覽無餘，瞬間心情大好。早餐品種繁多。離地鐵2號線很近，出入方便。以後再來徐州還是會首選入住他們的酒店。

這次入住非常滿意，酒店很乾凈，房間很大，還有室內游泳池。窗外就是大龍湖，景色優美。如果非要提意見就是早餐再加點徐州美食，如米線，鹽豆子等，包子一般。

這次臨時去徐州想着不住市區了，看到這個酒店是朗庭旗下的，就果斷選擇了它，酒店環境不錯，正對着大龍湖，早餐也可以，人稍微多點，要錯開時間去吃，游泳館是星空頂的，很漂亮，有個小小的不足，就是酒店沒有管家提前聯繫，不像其他酒店入住之前都會提前聯繫，但是前台suzy shel winni服務還是很好的，還有就是房間的毛巾架壞了，不過我就住一天，也沒讓酒店修，希望酒店的人看到讓工程部趕緊去修吧。

十一之前來人少還是非常合適非常好下次還會入住。Sam 服務很熱情很喜歡這裏。門口就有地鐵站。早餐也不錯
