Hotels near Terminal M Leisure Mall, Yangon

The hotel is built by Chinese investment, close to Yangon Airport, the surrounding environment is very good, lush trees. Opposite is a large golf course affiliated to the hotel, you can walk. Shopping nearby is not convenient, squatting kyat coins. Dollars, RMB refuses. There are more mosquitoes in the hotel room, it is best to bring your own electric mosquito coil.

The facility was clean and I felt very comfortable. The gym is large, and you can also use the sauna and jacuzzi. The view of the courtyard and poolside from the breakfast venue made me forget that I was in Myanmar, and I was able to enjoy a relaxing time. However, perhaps because it had just reopened or because there were few guests, the breakfast options were few and poor, and some of the items were used from the previous day and were not delicious. I was very disappointed because the rating would be halved if the breakfast level was low in a 5-star hotel. I hope it will be improved in the future.

The hotel staff are friendly and the services are good. The room is large and clean. The first morning, I ordered black coffee at the breakfast buffet. I ordered black coffee again on the second morning. On the third morning, the staff served me black coffee without a word from me. This shows that they are thoughtful and they remember their guests' preferences.

This hotel is ideally located in a central location, near a lake. The neighborhood is safe, a lot of vegetation and calm. The hotel provides different views of the city. Quite beautiful. The staff are professional, well-trained and friendly. The hotel is clean, beautifully decorated and spacious. The rooms are comfortably and in good repair. There are many dining options and the food is delicious

My family was in Wyndham to celebrate our son’s first birthday. We asked the staff to help us with the decorations if possible and they did help us with all the decorations as much as they could. Shortly after, the hotel staff ran the door bell and surprised my family with a complimentary cake for our son. The 4 staff who came to surprise us Yee Mon Kyaw, May, Phillis,Myint Myint, my family would like to sincerely thank you all for your effort and kindness. We would definitely stay here more often in the future.

After having a busy time at work, it is just right to reward me. And, what is the perfect way of doing this is to treat myself to a staycation at ParkRoyal Hotel. The hotel is 5/5 in cleanliness, budget, location, and, most significantly, THE STAFF. The Staff has made my staycation a relaxing and perfect experience. I couldn't say anything negative because they went beyond my expectations as someone who, most of the time, stays in a hotel. The Staff, namely Theint Theint, Thazin, and Zaw of the Reception, Gi Gi of the Lobby Cafe, Alex and Thet Tun of the Concierge, Le Le Win of the Spice Restaurant, and Nanda of the Housekeeping were superbly amazing people who were willing to assist me. On top of that, I have to give credit to Ms. Khin, the reception manager. She was a rockstar in service. Her assistance, from my emails to the check-in, was very smooth. Thank you so much, guys! You are all fantastic hotel staff. Kudos to you! Of course, I cannot ignore that the breakfast was good, the pool was perfect for taking a plunge, and the fitness center was my favorite. Overall, I will keep returning to this hotel because ParkRoyal is Perfect for a Staycation! Thank you, ParkRoyal!

- The room very nice - Staft verry helpfull -Bed very comfy - I had a nice stay at Hotel G -Location is close to Bokyok Aunsan Market and Jucction City . The bus stop is in fron of the hotel , easy to get local bus to every where. - I like the hotel the most :)

Unfortunately I couldn’t get their names but they worked on 12th of May at 16:30. Breakfasts are gorgeous. Besides we don’t eat meat so we asked Mr. Richard Tin for some fish and he did salmon and other fish for me and my wife! And served well!!! This hotel seemed brand new. We stayed in a Junior Suite. Everything was sparkling clean, the blue velvet couches in the room looked like no one had sat on them before. Very gutsy of the designer to choose this color/material combination for couches in a hotel room. I’m afraid it’ll take one lousy guest and they won’t look as new anymore :-P Anyway, I enjoyed the elegance of the place through and through.. and for this price! You won’t find anywhere else in the world. I’d say this is Four Seasons quality, for which I’m used to paying 3-4 times more. The air-conditioning is superb. It keeps the temperature and air circulation exactly how you want it without the noise. In too many hotel rooms the AC blows on your face when you’re sleeping, not this one. You don’t see it or hear it, yet it’s chill and effective, which is exactly how you want it. The shower pressure is good, and the temperature is easy to navigate. I prefer the handheld that can be placed on a specific level on the wall, I find rain showers too wasteful, nevertheless it’s there. The toiletries are plentiful and conveniently come in pump containers. There’s shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, and a soap bar. The room slippers are comfortable and pillowy, the bathrobes are light cotton fabric. Drinking water is complimentary, and provided in four 500ml glass bottles, replenished daily. There’s a small gym right by the spa, but it has all the essentials: 2 treadmills, a stationary bike, an elliptical trainer, a mat, and a dumbbell set starting at 2kg going to 20kg. I was the only one there all three times that I used it. The breakfast portion is on the smaller size. If you order the eggs Benedict it comes with 2 small eggs on white toast, and small pieces of smoked salmon. The sides include a jar of fruit salad, yogurt, and a bread basket. The cappuccino is really good. If you have a reason to visit Yangon, this is a must-stay.
