酒店服務很好 我們因為坐郵輪早上六點半就到了煙台，晚上沒睡一會兒，然後又下大雨，什麼都玩不了，心情也很不好又困，沒地方去就去了酒店，在酒店大堂沙發睡了一覺，去前台問了下，我們定的房間還沒有空的，後來給我協調了升級了房型11點多就入住了，非常感謝，洗了個澡舒服多了，酒店離沙灘是真的進 就是我們第一天天氣不好 在酒店躺了一天 全海景也非常舒服

喜來登的服務非常贊，提前一天電話聯繫是否有需求，預訂的是海景大床，給免費升級了尊貴海景大床房，前台C的服務非常好，帶着小朋友，還贈送了小吃和早餐，有需求時，客房很快就送到了，下次來還會選擇入住這裏，出門就是金沙灘，風景非常不錯👍👍👍

服務特別特別好，賓至如歸的感覺。離海邊很近很近，擁有私屬沙灘，每個值班經理都特別負責，主動詢問需求。

酒店位置很好，步行可以到沙灘玩水，門口還有自行車租賃，可以環海騎行。房間直麪大海，晴天的時候可以躺在床上看日出日落，很可惜這次入住期間陰天，沒有欣賞到。環海路燈夜晚會亮，完全不會因為天黑而看不到沙灘。酒店早餐不錯，水果也豐富。前台辦理入住的L小姐姐説話温温柔柔，有問必答。觀光客梯有一部裝飾成花花電梯，小朋友每次都要坐這部。房間大，整體乾淨，整潔，期待下次來煙台還住這裏。

很感謝前台L小姐姐的服務，全程很開心，大堂服務也很好。唯一不足的就是硬件了，比較老舊。但是床單什麼衞生還是可以的。希望酒店能儘快改造一下。
