good service, the rooms do not have a shower for people who have trouble getting into a very difficult bath, for a 5 star no kettle in the rooms too bad for the restoration a bit tight forever a 5 star. very friendly and attentive staff. the towels are a bit old and frayed and it's hard to change them. But I would gladly go back.

Large hotel well located on the coast of Hammamet, the children took advantage of the heated swimming pool, great entertainment in the evening around the swimming pool and also inside, the food was good, however the staff were not very smiling, not very welcoming and not available, the rooms and bedding that makes you want to sleep, tv from the old millennium and the bathroom that has no have the category of a 4 * and they need to be renovated.

The customer service is excellent. Amine was great. The food was okay not fantastic. Lunch a la carte was the same everyday. Animation team Lorenzo was awesome. Very energetic aqua gym. The pillows were very hard. Requested a change and they were still the same. Overall the hotel is okay very dated. The location is excellent.

The hotel environment is first-class and the sea view room price is very favorable. It is recommended to stay. The only unpleasant thing is that when checking in, the receptionist insists that you send him a confirmation email for the reservation. This is very strange. No hotel has such a requirement, and giving him a screenshot of the reservation is not enough.

Discussing hotel .j don't mind old fashioned but everything was broken shower ,no handles on wardrobes . 1 draw j opened and it was just the frame no base . The patio doors 5 rooms I was shown would not lock to which I was told my belongings would be safe ! Really would you ????food very very small variety very poor quality .salad looked like it was days old . Loft broke down twice in less than 48hours .it took 3 hours each time to fix . No WiFi in any of the rooms only in reception .beaches full of rubbish . A camel opposite on its own tied up by the feet all evening and day apart from when used on the beach .it looked very unwell and underfed and was alone . The reception and pool itself were presentable. The hall way carpets were dirty and in places ripped . I beg you not to be deceived by these pictures .I've slept on sleeper trains in india that were better than this .also the majority of the people looked quite rough I hate to be judgemental but even the locals said the hotel was rubbish . Also beware love hollodays is going into liquidation j think. Some people have paid for hollodays then got to their hotels only to find out they were homeless as love hollodays had not paid the hotel !!!!disgusting!!!!!I wasn't there even 48 hours and flew home .if one thing had of been okay but everything was so poor all aspects . The reception staff were really really nice. The food was excellent and had a great variety at all point of the day! The dessert was v good. The entertainment was also very good. Would recommended for family’s and couples. Would come again! Overall extremely very good . Definitely 5*

Excellent hotel

Disappointing for this price and for a 4 stars hotel. Room was barely acceptable, clearly not cleaned below the beds, no glasses, no towels, soap and shampoo containers almost if not empty upon arrival and were not filled at all during our stay. Towels were a nightmare to get: sometimes just enough, sometimes missing one, sometimes missing two. Getting an iron was a battle and forget about laundry service. Requests were not always met with a nice answer, they painted a room next to ours taking no precautions, getting the smell far into ours. Lunch was excruciatingly expensive for the area, forget about it. Included breakfast and dinner were OK. Location was very nice, although the surroundings are a bit dead..

Had a few issues with ants and the tap water smelling like sewerage but were promptly moved and all issues sorted out very kindly by a lovely member of reception. Had a lovely stay, the bar, waiters and entertainment staff were absolutely amazing and very welcoming. Had such a lovely week, the staff mentioned above are a credit to the hotel. Now for the part that took all of that away…as we were waiting for our coach at the end of our stay we were approached by an incredibly rude woman and accused of stealing a towel and a glass? from our room, this was done using one of the gentleman that sold trips to translate for her, incredibly rude and was done infront of a group of people we had met! I have never been so embarrassed, I would never return to this hotel whilst that woman is in the hotel, completely ruined what had been a positive and lovely week away. Very unprofessional and certainly not expected, I have never nor would I ever steal, so to the lady which I unfortunately didn’t catch her name you need teaching manners and learning customer service because your skills are atrocious and you shouldn’t be in that industry with an attitude like yours.
