But the hotel was suitable for me and territorial and at a price, so this time I stopped here. I would like to note that with the view in a modest room there is a chic hotel- cosy, fresh, beautiful, to small thought rooms with the most comfortable beds (the mattress will provide the most pleasant and quiet sleep) and furniture. The interior and its components throughout the hotel and in rooms - curtains, furniture, bathroom and plumbing, coats, towels, slippers, mini bar and the rest, it is what every guest needs - it is not important that he is a businessman or a recreational. Breakfast and restaurant staff, which speaks quietly in many languages, is a separate topic. You will find everything behind a modest breakfast, with everything very fresh and delicious, with the right feed. Apart from the right Swedish table of hot dishes and cold snacks, fresh vegetables and fruit, cashes and sweets, the young beautiful and very original actress Lilia, or any other staff of the restaurant, For you, he will cook aromatic coffee in the east and prepare an omlet as you need. Having stayed in this hotel for about 20 days, we now know exactly where we will stay next time in Yerevan. By the way, walking to the heart of Yerevan is exactly 35 minutes. Together with my daughter, I arranged a room with a large bed and a balcony. This hotel has toiletries, cleaning every day, plenty of hot water, bathrobes, bath towels and towels changed every day, and 2 bottles of water every day. There is also bottled water in the restaurant during breakfast. , get it for free, which is better than Ibis, which only has 2 bottles a day. The breakfast is also very good, with a rich variety, including juice, coffee, yogurt, soup, eggs, etc., all delicious. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful, making it a pleasant stay.

For the person who is a lover of modern, cozy and convenient place to stay... it is a perfect version located in the city center with a beautiful garden and surely with the best service. I was happy to be in touch with the sales team, which is incredible... THANK YOU GUYS

I love this hotel. It is flawless. The pool was fantastic and staff were very professional. Try to ask for a room facing the main square. The only hiccups were that the hotel wanted to charge me for early check in. I did NOT like that and refused and something surly and was able to check in early free of extra cost!! The drinks were also kind of pricey at the hotel but if you go across the street they are half the price. I used the hairdresser at the hotel spa and for $40 I washed that gray right out of my hair!!! This hotel is very new and is in pristine condition!!! I would stay there again if I was ever to return to Armenia !!!

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The hotel has a great location in the heart of Yerevan city, very good service, welcoming and very helpful staff, clean, spacious and modern rooms. Beautiful restaurant with amazing panoramic view, live piano music and delicious Armenian food. It has a nice open common area balcony with a view on Cascade Complex and full of live Yerevan city streets, spectacular in the night. There was a good choice of food and fresh fruits on breakfast.

I had a short but very enjoyable weekend stay here and if you’re looking for a hotel with great service, perfect location and classic luxury then you’ll enjoy staying here. The staff arranged a very effective airport transfer for me and checking in was a welcoming and delightful experience, with the staff throughout the hotel speaking great English. Despite my very early arrival I was grateful they were able to find me a room, helped I assume by the fact the hotel seemed very quiet throughout my visit. There’s two lifts serving the accommodation floors, which are painfully slow, but the glass design overlooking the bar area detract from this, and the ‘day of the week’ carpet changed daily is a luxury touch you don’t often see anymore. My room was on the top floor and a standard category. It was a luxury feeling room and I really liked the clean decor. All the amenities you could imagine were present and it would be really comfortable even for an extended stay. Electric sockets were at both sides of the bed, plenty of lighting options and effective air conditioning which wasn’t too loud. It was also possible to open the window. There was a fully stocked mini bar as well as complimentary bottled water. The bathroom was small with a shower rather than bath, but it was perfectly clean and again had all the small touches you’d want from a top end hotel. Housekeeping proactively checked the do not disturb sign during the day and did a great job even late into the afternoon, although on one occasion the water bottles weren’t restocked. The lounge and bar area on the ground floor is spacious and comfortable, but best of all is open 24 hours a day. They offer food and a wide range of drinks, with the friendly staff able to make recommendations and engaging in good conversation. It was never very busy during my stay but it was still a pleasant place to relax late in the evening and a perfect spot to catch up with some work. I found the location ideal, just a few steps from some key sights and surrounded by lovely restaurants and bars. With the hotel reception able to offer advice or arrange any form of transport there’s no need to feel cut off! There’s quite a bit of art to admire throughout the hotel and small displays on each floor, including a shoe polishing machine outside the lift which is a good touch. Checking out in the very early hours was a seamless experience and next time I’m in the city I’ll certainly be staying here again!

Everything in Kesabella are all that we need in Armenia, we felt safe, the room has everything we need and secured aside from it's clean, the ambiance is very homie, the weather in this location is very fine, the food was sumptous yet affordable. The people in Kesabella are very kind, they are approachable and comes when you needed them the most. For a month of stay in Kesabella, they became our family away from home. ❤️ Madam Maral has the best jam in Armenia!! I can tell coz i brought home jams from supermarket but nothing beats her jams!! If we will be back to Armenia, this will be our lodging place, no doubt. ❤️ They are really true to the name of their hotel. Kesa (Casa/House) Bella (beautiful)... really a beautiful place. Tips: this place is more or less 5km far from the center. So be prepare to hail a taxi, use Yandex app. But very near to airport so no need to hurry. The owner himself will fetch and drive you to airport..What more can you ask for right? Everything is here!!!

I wanted to express my pleasant surprise during my stay at your establishment. Despite encountering negative reviews, I'm unsure why they exist, as the hotel management seems to have reflected upon the feedback, made staff changes, and executed excellent improvements. The hotel staff was remarkably attentive and considerate. From cleanliness and amenities like bathrobes, towels, and napkins – everything was genuinely pleasant, well-kept, and clean. The breakfast spread was quite extensive, catering to any appetite and palate. One delightful note to share is that we casually mentioned my girlfriend had said ”Yes,” and shortly after, we received a thoughtful gift. It may seem like a small detail, but it added an incredibly pleasant touch to our experience. The in-house currency exchange with a favorable rate was a convenient feature. Stepping into the hotel from the street created a truly comfortable, homely atmosphere. Thank you for providing us with a wonderful weekend.
