雖然位置有點難找，但勝在人少，沒有嘈雜的環境，整個氛圍非常nice，不錯子😁很適合週末和朋友們一起來呀，度過一個快樂週末！也推薦大家來呀整體佈置的很ins風，很多角落都可以拍照，還有店裡佈置的燈光也很8⃣️錯。露天泳池風景好美，孩子們都喜歡！

總結來説這家名宿服務態度環境都挺好的，但是衞生和設施堪憂。懷着愉快的心情來到宜昌旅遊，在網上看到這家評分很高的民宿，感覺很有特色，就定下了。服務挺好的，會有擺渡車來接你，直到晚上洗完澡之後躺上床，床面上是很乾凈的，非常的白，非常的衞生，結果翻開被子的裏面有油漬，漬污漬以及腳印，頭髮，還有小朋友用鋼筆畫的畫，簡直是個百寶箱，沒想到他們會把臟的那麪特意藏在裏面，都不都不去把這個被子給換了。於是在微信羣讓他們來換床單，一位年輕的服務員過來鼓搗了20分鐘，這個服務員看起來不會換床單在折騰了40分鐘之後我們終於睡覺了，到凌晨3:00燥熱的氣温將我熱醒，我發現停電了，空調已經停止運行一個多小時了，在羣裏問怎麼回事，電路維修要到早上6:00恢復。在漆黑的夜晚，我們在樹屋四處都是黑暗的，衹能將手機的手電筒的光打開照亮要是燥熱的氣温讓人難以忍受於是我要求他們用百度車將我接出房間，我準備直接退房開車離開，但是他們説夜間擺渡車不工作，要到早上7:00才有百度車。於是我衹好閉上眼睛嘗試再次進入夢鄉雖然電力在半小時後恢復，但是確實是一個非常不愉快的住宿體驗

我一般很少住民宿 這個是朋友推薦我的看景色很美就來住了 結果沒想到讓我大失所望！
首先到民宿就得開一小時盤山路才能到（我要是知道這樣肯定不會來這裏）全家坐車坐的想吐！當然這是我個人原因 首先酒店路標指示不明顯 沒有標明前台在哪裡 我們還找了一會 其次定的房間上面寫着2米超大床我敢擔保絕對沒有兩米！房間設計動線極其不合理！整個房間居然衹有馬桶旁邊有垃圾桶 洗手池和衞生間不在一個區域 洗漱產生的垃圾完全沒地方丟衹能仍在洗手枱上！非常不方便 還有一點很反人性的就是洗手池把手居然是圓形的？滿手泡沫的時候根本轉不開把手！是滑的！真不知道設計這個把手的人怎麼想的！而且肥皂也沒有肥皂盒？房間也沒有電視機 就這種極其不人性化的設計説實話我還是第一次見～第二點 整個民宿唯一的娛樂項目 無邊泳池槽點滿滿！首先泳池非常臟 地上都是滑的 水都發綠了 池底和邊緣都有類似青苔之類的 其次深水區居然有1.6米！非常深 大部分女生都踩不到地 最最無法理解的是居然沒有救生員？我住了這麼多次酒店 所有泳池都是配備很多救生員且非常謹慎小心很注意小童游泳安全！這個酒店1.6m的水深沒有救生員？？安全隱患如此之大！而且當日我抱着孩子在淺水區走被沉入池底的一個透明船絆倒了 兩個人都栽水裡了我的腿也撞青了 就那麼小個池子 一個透明船沉下去了工作人員都不知道！又是安全隱患+1 到這裏我體驗感已經很差了 就去餐廳吃飯 結果在當天總共衹有三桌人的情況下 點完餐整整等了50分鐘才上菜！真的無語 大人孩子都餓死了 我每年都要住很多次酒店 好的差的我都住過 但這麼想寫差評的你們是第一家！
