We were upgraded in bigger rooms. the beds are large and comfy, the breakfrast is good although i don't recommend the orange juice. They have many different options for the breakfast toasts, cereals, eggs, sausages., bacon, rice, noodles, fruit and even salad. i enjoyed the corn bread. The rooms had a tea corner which was very cute and are modern. The shower gel and shampoo smelled.really good (from.essential oil). the corridors smelled.good with comfy carpet. A great find in Yichang ! if you have time, i recommend crossing the bridge and hiking in the park accross the hotel for wonderful views of the yangtze river.

The front desk lady Niu Xiaoqian has a very good attitude. I ordered the takeaway and used the robot to help us deliver it upstairs. The point is that breakfast is very satisfying to me! Let my aunt cook a bowl of beef noodles, add a lot of beef to me, and the noodles are also very strong. I will eat it next time! The housekeeper also specially helped to upgrade the room. It was great. The children were also very happy. Going downstairs and crossing the road directly to the river, there are various night views at night, all the way from Wanda to the hotel, and the first choice for eating after dinner. Due to the night club on the 2nd floor, the lifts sometimes you may get a strong smoke smell. The night club entrance is exposed to passengers if the lift door is open, the night club environment is not suitable for children to see if you travel with family. Facilities are old but clean, good location. Housekeeping teams are good, but the front desk needs more training. Overall, Ramada CBD is still a good choice if you are looking for international chains with certain service standards.

The reception staff were very helpful and kind as I was feeling unwell. They checked us in quickly and I went to rest. The hotel is located on the river but we had a city view room. There are complaints about the noise and that the building is an office block, but we didn't find this a problem. We will definitely go back as we had such a short time there. The view from the hotel across the river at night is beautiful.

Even though Yichang is not very famous city in China, it has a lot to offer. Very long walking area next to Yangtze River, flavors food, cultural diversity are only some of the things you might be able to experience when coming here. However, that is not all. When we arrived to the hotel we were warmly greeted by Xue Liya who was kind enough to offer us an upgrade to a better room and free breakfast for two days. Check-in was fast and they didn’t even let us to carry our own luggage. The room was spacious, clean and well decorated. We got a river view and a balcony to enjoy it. Any questions that we had or any help we needed, Alice would step in and be at our service. Breakfast was really good; combination of Chinese and western food at its best. Everyone would be able to find something he/she likes. The only regret I have is, not staying a bit longer. Everything else was extremely satisfying.

It was a wonderful trip. The location of R&F Crowne Plaza Hotel is unique. It is very close to the Liangba Yixia Visitor Center, and it is very convenient to travel. I would like to especially thank Xiao Zeng at the front desk for his excellent service. The service was super good! He also upgraded us to a river view room for free, which not only gave us a very good rest during our two-day trip to Yichang, but also allowed us to enjoy the beautiful river view of Yichang in the hotel. This time we came in a hurry, and there were many beautiful scenery in Yichang that we did not enjoy. Next time I come, I will continue to choose to stay at the Furama Crowne Plaza Hotel!

Very neat place . All the amenities were clean and they don’t bother you at the reception. Simple check in ,no unnecessary questions and disturbances. They consider foreigners without need for extra documents as long you have you passport you are good to go😁. 東站出來直走，一直走到路邊人行道右邊上高架橋直走就到了。房間挺大的，無異味，乾淨整潔，暖氣足，床很軟，睡得很好，就是衞生間洗手枱和馬桶分開的，這個使用起來有點不方便，浴室與房間有一面是磨砂玻璃，人站裏面還是會有個模糊人影，雙床房也是這樣子設計的，感覺有點奇怪🤔。其他也還好，有洗衣房，6台洗衣機乾衣機，挺乾淨的，還配了洗衣液，還有殺菌的洗衣液。
