The location was good. I didn't meet the staff when I checked in and out, but it was good that I could check in and out by myself. The futon and pillows were not clean, and I wish I had known beforehand that towels and other amenities were charged. There were no disposable slippers. There were also people who seemed to be long-term users, and they were obviously unemployed, which was scary. I wish they would check their identity properly. I won't use this again.

Located on the third floor, the stairs are very narrow and there is no elevator. There is no front desk for self-service check-in. If you go late, you will be informed of the entry code on the door, which is good. The interior is relatively simple and the space is small. The receptionist was very friendly and the hotel was clean. I was only staying overnight so I was hoping to just get some sleep, but the other guests were well behaved and I was able to sleep soundly. The hotel is also conveniently located, and there are lots of great shops around, which was appealing. I'll definitely use it again when I come to Yokohama.

This is my 1st time booking for capsule hotel type

The building is new and located in a relatively quiet commercial street. You can walk to the park at the foot of the mountain to see the sea and the scenery. The washroom is large and clean. The only drawback is that the sound insulation is a bit poor, but it is cost-effective and worth recommending
